I like the way you broke it down simply. What about car maintenance/parts like new wheels and tires vs mileage? I had one accountant that said you can only claim one or the other. And your phone? What’s been your experience? I’m a sole proprietor and a corporation either S or C gets taxed twice, but only a C Corp has the advantage of that 20% corporate tax. Tell us if you’ve been through both and share your insight. Would love to hear it. Thank you again for doing this.
I currently have a LLC. Your accountant would be able to answer those questions better in detail. My phone is used for my business so it is considered a business expense. In regards to car expenses, your accountant is right.
Hello, appreciate the channel, what types of insurances do you carry? For example my w2 fiance has her employeer pay for term life insurance, ad&d, disability, etc. What do I need to carry as a 1099 in order to fully protect myself & future? Thank you!
Thank you for the video. Current CRNA thinking about transitioning to 1099 status.
That's great. I love it. I have full control.

I would recommend contacting your local financial advisor. Also, the AANA.com have options for financial planning and insurance.
I know you'll find value in the 1099Successacademy.com : )
Great video! which would you say you prefer overall? W2 or1099?
I have worked both, but I prefer 1099 because of the flexibility. However, everyone is different. 1099 will not offer you benefits.
