In my opinion as a newer not crazy high power player to SoC I wouldn’t worry about trying to create as many marches as this as you will just fill hospital super quick also lack good equipment for so many. Take less marches and fill more rally’s
I agree , 3 marches is all you need , one cav inf and archer in my opinion and your set and use your 2 free for rally’s / garrisons
A good amount of marches is important. But he wants to fill his hospital so he gets more kill points and shows that he is loyal. He does not need all of his troop what he wants is kill points. So in a way he wants to kill his troops.
Ideally you want 5 solid field marches to help control the field...you can always slide one into a rally or garrison as needed.
Starting off...yes focus a few solid marches but under estimating field control makes your rallies and garrisons doomed from the start
Was 88mill power, I have enough decent gear for 1 march only (legendary).
You speak very true words, my other marches are just open field fodder when they have lesser gear.

Thanks chisgule literally the perfect video for where I am at right now. 12 days left kvk 3 we actually in 07 so opposite 03 in your restart kvk. We lost but Alex/ysg performed very well in the ruins. Have a max Alex/ysg and a 5,5,5,1 Saladin with 300 heads saved up was wondering where to go next so thank you.
Definitely going for Nevsky next but have one question 🙋🏼♂️ since I have a 5,5,5,1 Saladin would he be a better option to pair with Nevsky? Or a relic mehmed at 5,5,1,1?

You've already achieved great things with your account.
My point is you should go to another level, make a f2p account. Show the journey, show your priority investments. You don't need to go with that account to SoC. Just play till kvk3.
By that people that don't spend money will have a clear path or sort of.

I feel that for Archer focus you should recommend 5551 Ramesses to pair with YSG then work on unlocking Nebu, MGE unlocks arent realistic for every kingdom. Can take months just to get the 10 heads
Hey chisgule i recently subscribed to ur channel, can i ask a question? Is the talent of the 2nd commander gonna take effect on a marching troop or just the skill? Or neither of them both?
Talents of secondary commander does not apply
For me its YSG-------Ramses------Artemisia------Nebu--------Gilga--------Cyrus. We can matchup any of these comander with any other archer commander, especially for YSG and Ramses. Ramses/YSG, Ramses/Artemisia, Arte/Ramses, Arte/YSG, etc. We can do any pair for field fight.

I was thinking of waiting for Alex, expertising him and then focusing on YSG because I am WAY more of an infantry main than an archer main (also because I haven't focused on any archer commanders, nothing to pair YSG with). Can I focus on Alex first? Thanks great vid!

On my restart, I skipped Alex so I could have more gh to work with going into SOC. So I've got a max YSG and around 1.1k gh right now. Thought about maybe going back to KVK2 again just to hoard more gh. Account is almost a year old.
Would I have to travel to a new kingdoms if I missed out on YSG?

Also, Nevsky is not very good if you focus on archers or infantry, and the problem with Martel and sun tzu is that Charles Martel does not do any skill damage, and use sun tzu and yi seong gye, since it provides a big amount of skill damage. I also have used a few sculptures on gold key commanders, to get them to their next skill level when I am close. I have Richard and Edward, since I got 8 of their sculptures for free. Edward also isn’t that bad, with yi seong gye.
I really like my Cheok with buffed Martel secondary. Would I be better with Guan/buffed Martel and Cheok with Alexander? Open field
Cj martel not good pair. Better to do guan leo and Alex cj. And throw away martel)

What I really miss in your channel, is the list of legendary commanders to invest in, in the early game! Because 98% of the commanders you mention in ALL of your video's -> I don't see them... I am in kingdom 2643, now playing for 2 months and I watched almost every video of you, really every good commander you name are not in the early game I think (I am now 20m power). So I would love that you make a video for the starters, which commanders are best to invest in (and I spend BIG)

As free to play why invest in Alexandre the great if he is no longer meta in season of conquest? Kvk seasons 1-3 happen real fast now so why not just save sculptures for nevskie and newer meta commanders in SoC?

Now I do have a question, I just got into kvk 1. I have ysg 5511 bc I didn’t wanna use all my sculptures. Should I use all my sculptures or save them for Alex when he comes and use gems for both??
Max YSG ASAP. You then use him to aoe barb chain with Richard primary and get so much value from that.
Alex doesn't come until after kvk 1 so either way you won't be using Alex this kvk so if u can max your ysg then go for it but there's no rush since saving gold heads and using gems on wheel for the gold heads ( only if u can ) is always the better option in the long run

Don’t invest further into Edward leave him at 5551 and focus on SOC commanders
With an 5511 nebu and Expertised YSG, 5155 Guan and Expertised Alex should i rather invest into Leonidas 5511 for the Guan and Pair Alex with Charles 5511 or go for the Trajan for Aethelflaed?

Max your nebu, 5155 guan is impossible, stop working for leo guan/alex is already good, dont use trajan unless your big whale(big hosp bill), charles harald can be consider next, nevs william might be your next choice for cavs too.

yea if your kingdom is like that move out or your kingdom will never win a kvk due to the fact that people would either quit or wont be able to grow
I‘m a Inf player. I have Guan at 5155, Alex Maxed, Charles 5512 and Richard 5551. Which Inf Commander should i skill now? I have 1000 Universal Gold Heads.
I suspect we have new infantry commanders in a month. Unless you have an urgent kvk need, you may want to wait
I think if you’re focused can you go Saladin over Alex. Alex is really not crazy useful anymore so you can skip him or just work on him through wheels and get Saladin 5551 use him with YSG, max Nev, then William then XY
Shields de buffs buffs big damage theirs nothing he doesn’t do their is no commander as versatile as ysg and Alex he may be abit squish but you can always pair either of them with anything and get great value.

My situation I'm at is I have Saladin at 5/5/5/1 and William at 5/5/5/1, Alex maxed, ysg maxed, Ramesses 5/5/5/1, Guan 5/4/4/3, Mina maxed, CC maxed, and Aethl maxed. I currently run Saladin/William, Guan/Alex, Ramesses/ysg, Aethl/Mulan, and Mina/CC as my 5 marches in Soc. With both Nevsky and XY being so great for me, I'm not sure who I should go and max first out of them 2. As I can do Saladin/Aethl like Chisgule said. Then have either Nevsky or XY with William as the other march, and kinda upgrade to that. Any constructive input is welcomed. Thank you :).
Go Nevsky next. Max him, run Guan Alex, Ram YSG, Sala Aethel, Nevsky Will, Mina CC

Just be aware he's still new and not had much real game experience. He might, as a primary be even more of a target than XY and Aethel. But think it's probably worth it, you can use him as a second later, if he's too targeted primary.
@@StefanMedici He's pretty much a jack of all trades in the sense he does a ton of damage. And has good defensive stats. Then the cav gear is all defensive stats almost. So even if he gets targeted, it'd still be a task to do it. But primary or secondary, he'd be nice to have in the field somewhere.
@@sukeforth7043 definitely. I went back for another s2, tail end of s3 now, and been saving heads and gems for Attila Takeda. Still think I'll go that path but might go Nevsky with Sala instead of William after.

I do not agree with the Constantine comment not being great on the field. Paired with Alex he is very good against an Alex / ysg because of his fourth skill. I've been using him in season 3 and got great results

Hey i left the game long ago when we had our 2nd kvk. Now its a very old kingdom 25. I dont know if its better to start a fresh account to keep the old one. I have t4 all unlocked. Economic tech almost all done just need lvl 9s. Level 23 castle and almost 20M might. I have cao cao almost maxxed out. I spent like 40$ back then to grow a little
Either migrate the old one to a season 2 kingdom or start a new account in a fresh kingdom

Never use gold head for commander from chest. and yes mehmed only need 5511, now we can get 20% health + 5% skill damage for mehmed from museum. thats huge damage skill and health

please test 5511 xy vs saladin will vs sala xy vs bertrand nevsky, all 5511s, similar with infantry pairings guan alex v alex harold v pakal harold etc

Richard and Martel is also a good combination, for single targets, like barbarians. It is possible to defeat level 25 barbarians with 100,000 tier 3 infantry and a 5111 Richard the lionheart and Charles Martel
Lol tier 3... only advice when you reach late game. You'll actually know how powerful other Commanders are

Get YSG, save the heads for him and max him. You can get him from the wheel.
Save sculptures until you have ysg in your roster, then move in on him

For me its good enough more health from gilga. Just remember, runaway from saladin. Even saladin/CC.
