The first time behind the wheel I was driving Dad's 67 Impala . That was the best car my family ever owned . Wish I had it now .

@@johannliebert445 My Dad passed it down to my older brother when he bought a 72 Chevelle Malibu. My brother had it several years before it rusted away, we live in the rust belt of N.E. Ohio. It's not unusual for corrosive salt and brine to be on the roadways from October to May. It's ruined many a fine car over time.
Him rebuilding the impala from that accident is the most implausible thing ever to happen on this show
I always wondered how he managed to do that 😂
@@SP-bw8fj how I get past anything on the show that doesn't make sense, I believe it was all Chuck rewriting there story for whatever he wanted at the time

Could been done with a re-shell, though if you’re really dedicated anything is possible.

I grow up with this kind of music , old bad ass rock , for me it's not just rock music , it's part of my life , when i'm tired or depressed i just listen Acdc, Metallica , Bon Jovi , Kiss , and many others to replace my soul back. I take my baby to car wash , i clean it and drive about 5 hours or more with good music just me and my baby .

Normally, in these types of shows, due to budget restraints, they won't total actual mint-condition cars. They'll go to the junk yard, find a beat up piece of crap, just fix it up enough to make it look good, and then total it. It's a lot cheaper, especially for a show like S/N where they don't have the biggest budget.

dude!!! it's not just the car's looks, it's how it feels, as dean says in this, listen t her pur,a smaller engine wud make it feel more like a hair dryer, u can make it more efficient other ways than smaller engines.... i think i mite just want a room with that car tho... nahhh, giv me the longest road u got instead

I know it's a 67, that's why I mentioned that my 66 looks identical to the 67.

You can bet your bottom dollar in reality they did indeed scrap the car which was in the collision. It was so severe that the frame of the car would have been bent beyond repair. The television and film industry is well connected to companys that specialize in supplying cars for them...they just sourced another car as close to the original as they could, or the car in the crash was a substitute. Personally, I think it is irresponsible to wreck cars that are that old for entertainment.

They should have made this a two door hard top in the show. Much cooler car. Actually 2 door caprice is the best of that year. Nicer roofline.
I actually like the sedan better than the coupe in the 67 year. If it was a 66, I’d rather the 2 door
