It would behoove you to address this to Shiva directly. One never knows what really happened but she could offer some insight.
I'd say that's just a cover up . The authorities had to Blame someone for their years of mismanagement and remember organic farming can hardly cause that sort of calamity. It was the depleted foreign reserves that caused the srilankan crisis as the island is mostly dependent on importing goods from other countries to sustain itself.
Vandals s is herself a harmful and unfortunately influential person. Most people don't know this
