I think being flat chested is a beautiful thing. I myself am not flat chested but it’s so annoying go to bed at night knowing I cannot sleep on my stomach because it hurts and back pains suck. This is a gift from god do not be embarrassed be happy.
Sleeping on the stomach is extremely unhealthy anyway because of the neck and the spine. It's better for your body to sleep on the back or on the side :) so please don't be sad
For all people who said "I want to be a flat chest", well, you could have many reasons, like comfort or look like a model, but, I'm flat chest, and it has been to difficult to me be like that, especially when I was a teenager. I saw all my friends with big boobs since school, yes, school, and I didn't have anything. When I started high school, I didn't have anything too, and I was 12 years old. One female classmate, with big boobs started to bullying me for that, she said so hurtful comments of my chest in middle of the class, she literally interrupted the teacher for said that things, and you know what? Nobody said nothing, even the teacher, she didn't said nothing at all. I was so humiliated and hurted, all the girls in my class had big/normal boobs, and then was me. She continue an all year doing me that. Then, the next year she stopped, she was bored. Then, I have like 1 year hating me, an 2 years learning to love my flat chest. Right now, I'm in that process too. But even my male friends sometimes make fun of then, in my group of friends, my female friends are so big, with big boobs and everything, I'm just skinny with flat chest. So them (male friends) make fun of this, sometimes they compare me or say something like "don't worry, put socks in your bra and that's it" wtf man, you know that you're hurting me? Even my ex said sometimes that type of comments. Girls with big boobs haven't suffered for her chest, they haven't wanted a bigger boobs and most important, they haven't been humiliated and hurted for being like their are. I just want to said that. I was happy with my body until I was bullied for being flat chested. When I turned 18 I seriously considered getting surgery. An older friend of mine who was part of the silicone implants lawsuit convinced me not to. She told me her experiences getting groped by strangers and finally getting deathly sick when the implants leaked. When I gave birth to my son years later and watched him grow purely on my breast milk, I began to love my body again. I am grateful all the time that I never got that surgery.
What’s important is that when the child needs to be fed, your breasts will naturally produce milk. It’s ok to be flat as long as you know it has done what it’s supposed to do.

I have chest as flat as hers and I always worried about my breasts could not provide enough milk for my baby and I never liked my breasts. After having my 2 children,my flat breasts surprisingly provided enough milk for my babies, even more than my friends with C or D Cup, I started to change my perspective towards my breasts. Although they are flat and small but they performed way better than the women with bigger breasts. I was so proud haha, although I thought they would grow bigger after my 2 pregnancies but they didnt, I still love them!!!

Bruh no idk what clothes you be finding but all my clothes even xsmall are too baggy in that area, I have to get ALL my dresses tailored, I can't wear v-necks cuz you can see my bra since the shirt is baggy and nothing to fill it, all my blouses are xsmall but I still have to put 2 safety pins in them. You fit things better with a bigger chest, trust me. I tested it out by getting a breast augmentation and everything fit better with them. (I took them out due to BII and because my body started to attack them so I wouldn't recommend lol) I'm trying to love my small boobs but yea, it's hard to find clothes that fit

I started developing breasts earlier than all of my friends and when I posted pictures/videos of myself wearing tighter clothes I would get interaction from creepy old men. I would have died to have a flat chest. I always felt awkward, embarrassed and insecure wearing anything that made my breasts noticeable and sometimes I still do. As a young girl I would see all my friends still have practically flat chests and I would constantly think my breasts were too big for my age and at one point I was convinced it was my weight. I’m still on the road to loving my body and myself and sometimes it is hard but I know I’ll get through it. And if you’ve experienced what I have or still are just know I love you. ❤️ I wish you all the best :)

Just came here to say- I am naturally an a- small b cup depending on my weight. But with pregnancy, and later breastfeeding, my breasts grew to large D's! And as soon as I weaned my babies, they were flat as pancakes again, i swear even smaller than they were. All these breast changes really affected my self esteem and seeing this video made me feel so much better. From a married mom of 3, thank you from the bottom of my ❤ for all you do!

I have chest as flat as hers and I always worried about my breasts could not provide enough milk for my baby and I never liked my breasts. After having my 2 children,my flat breasts surprisingly provided enough milk for my babies, even more than my friends with C or D Cup, I started to change my perspective towards my breasts. Although they are flat and small but they performed way better than the women with bigger breasts. I was so proud haha, although I thought they would grow bigger after my 2 pregnancies but they didnt, I still love them!!!

Honestly I feel like being flat chest is so nice. You can wear whatever and whenever, you run and skip and dance without weights on your chest and clothes fit you way better!
Bruh no idk what clothes you be finding but all my clothes even xsmall are too baggy in that area, I have to get ALL my dresses tailored, I can't wear v-necks cuz you can see my bra since the shirt is baggy and nothing to fill it, all my blouses are xsmall but I still have to put 2 safety pins in them. You fit things better with a bigger chest, trust me. I tested it out by getting a breast augmentation and everything fit better with them. (I took them out due to BII and because my body started to attack them so I wouldn't recommend lol) I'm trying to love my small boobs but yea, it's hard to find clothes that fit

um because just cause you have big breasts doesn't mean its perfect. Sometimes we wish were were flat chested because our breasts actually determine what we wear or not. If you're big chested somethings are in apprioate for you but flat chest girls can wear them without getting weird looks. Trust me, I never get anything I try out in the dressing rooms cause of this. We are not making you worse we are trying to make you feel better because big/flat chested won't make you perfect and happy/

I started developing breasts earlier than all of my friends and when I posted pictures/videos of myself wearing tighter clothes I would get interaction from creepy old men. I would have died to have a flat chest. I always felt awkward, embarrassed and insecure wearing anything that made my breasts noticeable and sometimes I still do. As a young girl I would see all my friends still have practically flat chests and I would constantly think my breasts were too big for my age and at one point I was convinced it was my weight.
I’m still on the road to loving my body and myself and sometimes it is hard but I know I’ll get through it. And if you’ve experienced what I have or still are just know I love you. ❤️

I am naturally an a- small b cup depending on my weight.
But with pregnancy, and later breastfeeding, my breasts grew to large D's!
And as soon as I weaned my babies, they were flat as pancakes again, i swear even smaller than they were. All these breast changes really affected my self esteem and seeing this video made me feel so much better. From a married mom of 3, thank you from the bottom of my ❤ for all you do!
