The crosses might also stand for a physical location where the start of the practical ritual was supposed to begin. It used a church as the beginning landmark. The 8, 4, 32 progression seems to be a compass point, random number walking pentagram path, staring with 4 paths, then probably 8, and ending with the durability number of 32 choices. This could be done with dice, lots, or oracle sticks. The stave is the physical representation of the action, transferred the durability, and was carried until no longer needed. It acts and is used somewhat like Roman magical rings.
I know this in an older vid but i have a question. Is there anything in the sources regarding a type of aquired perception that focuses on "seeing". I know how vague that is. Basically a way of perception that cuts out the everyday vibration of life and hones in on something more, like the electromagnetic waves, sound or even different spectrums of light? I still have a lot to research and reading to do but I haven't Come across anything like that. Loads of the "cringe pagan" stuff out there on energy and such but nothing tangible. Where I'm coming from with this is a shamanic practice wrote about by Carlos Castaneda. He was an apprentice to a man named Don Juan Matus, a meso-american shaman who often spoke about "seeing". How seeing is everything, and in comparison the sorcerer is but a sad fellow. He talked how description is near meaningless until you can begin to see, again very vague. But alot of his teaching also is heavy nagualism. In meso-american shamanic tradition, a nagual is a shape shifter, one who can call upon his animal "self" and shift. It reminds me of some of the things you described with seider and other related magical practices. Again, I have alot to read. Im not really wishing to attempt/recreate anything like seider really, but "magic", it intrigues the life in me. The study, ect. Seeing or perceiving in other forms is something I kind of already have done with my work with mushrooms and San Pedro, but to call upon this without the use of a substance would be what I'm after. But alas, it may be lost. Big thank you for what you do. I know you mentioned a Facebook, but is there any other means of possible communication? I know you are a busy man, as well am I. But I'd really be grateful for a chance to discuss all of this in greater depth. If Facebook, is the way though, I shall suck it up lol 🍻
Great video! Some of these symbols or letters look like they’re Hebrew in origin. Look into the Hebrew script called “Rashi” and compare. I’d like to hear your opinion about this. I don’t think using Hebrew would be out of the question in these spells.
Sure! It could be your Fylgja(protective spirit). In the standard religious belief, there are 2 parts to us:body and soul.........In the norse belief, we have 8. Your fylgja/protective spirit is one of them. I've done a couple videos about it and more to come. th-cam.com/video/vmoKZns_7lo/w-d-xo.html

Do you happen to have a video concerning Trollbrev? I've looked and I can't find one, and would like to learn more about it. Thanks!

I have not seen a free online one. But I think it is very cheap to buy. The author Stephen Flowers is great.
