    As a child I noticed the off balance that sugar gave me, particularly around migraines and drink water to balance it out, so completely agree with your tips! Very helpful and I look forward to sharing these tips with close family members that have a weakness with sugar! Happy New Year

    I find I crave sugar when I am tired. Late night when I am trying to finish something but am sleepy I really want to eat cookies. It's best if I don't keep them in the house. Thanks for the video.
