    Great reminder. Too often the non negotiables slip by the wayside. How do you manage to stay awake while meditating lying down? I must sit up otherwise it's snooze city.

      Thanks for tuning again this week Debbra. I know, I'm lucky. If I feel myself drift off, I raise my right arm to the sky or take a deeper breath. When I meditate later in the day, I do so in a comfortable seated position.

    This video was so inspiring to me. I’ve never tried the time scraping thing so I’m going to have to add that I am a fan already of meditation and yoga and morning detox drink but I have been letting my daily ritual ritual slide and you are so right I feel it in my body I am so ready to dust off the cobwebs so glad I found you.

    Happy Cinco de Mayo! So jealous you are in Nosara. One of my favorite places on the planet. My non-negotiable are waking up early (I try for 5am, sometimes it's 5:30 lol), meditation and stretching. I try to journal every morning but sometimes it falls by the wayside.
