The biggest idea for me today is minimize your social comparisons by celebrating other peoples' accomplishments! I came across this idea some time ago and it has great results inside of me. It is about having gratitude basically for the people who have what you do not have because that is the proof you need to believe that what you want is a reality in action and as a result you can accomplish it too. And envy it in others, it means yo can have it too, you can do it too, it already inside of you. I overcame some of my fears this way about doing steps towards my goals!
Deb Churchward Amazing. Thanks for your note, Deb! Honored to be a part of your life and looking forward to optimizing together. The fun has just begun! :)
Prince Saber Well, that's the focus of my next video! lol. Seriously. It actually is. :) Step 1: Eliminate ALL the distractions!! P.S. I'm just getting going. :)
Hi Brian, your channel is one of the best I know on youtube. I wanted to subscribe to the philosophers note but it is very infortunate that we can't pay with paypal. I don 't trust the credit card system. It's not safe. There are too many hackers out there. Keep going. A fan from Brussels, Belgium.
+Brian Johnson Thank you for this! Not being able to pay with Pay Pal has been the thing that has kept me from joining too. I wrote a text in the chat box, but did not get a response.
Jennifer Clary Thanks, Jennifer! I am playing around with my version. I currently use one of those big ol' wall calendars where I keep track of my performance for each day!
luca marco When you notice your mind making comparisons, STOP doing that! Focus on things you admire in people and be grateful for all that you have/are and all that you are becoming! Make sense?!
