Honourable mention for the Crucible Theatre. At less than a thousand seats it's well below the capacity threshold here, but as the home of the snooker World Championships it has a special history. Its future is more uncertain though.
I can justifiably say that I have been in every single one of these venues, and survived to tell the tale. Good thing about the Olympic Legacy Park is that not only is it the site of the rugby stadium (home of the RFL Championship's Eagles, or is it League 1?) and the Utilita Arena, it also has IceSheffield and the English Institute of Sport. Just along the road is a commemorative plaque about the finish line of a stage of the Tour De France, and opposite that is Puck Stop, a dedicated ice hockey equipment store. Best of all, there's a Taco Bell as well. Despite all this, despite being called Olympic Legacy Park, no sports venue in Sheffield was chosen to feature in the 2012 Olympics. The IOC missed out on a whole case load of Henderson's.
Cracking video a city close to my heart could the next ones be cities such as Manchester Birmingham & Newcastle (to include Sunderland & Middlesbrough)
People mentioning you missed Sheffield FC but they don’t currently play in Sheffield although there is talks of a new stadium being built on the site of their original one that they will share with the rugby team. It is a shame though, that you missed out Sandy Gate stadium. Home to Hallam FC, 2nd oldest team in the world behind Sheffield FC and it is the oldest football stadium in the world that is still in use.
Oasis 1st played Don't Look Back in Anger at Sheffield Arena the day after Noel Gallagher wrote it, months before recording it. That is pretty cool history
Ironically, most Sheffielders would have more issue with how you pronounced "Owlerton" (Owl pronounced like oal in coal) than how you pronounced "Penistone"
It's weird because Sheffielders get salty about people saying "Owlerton" like the bird, but then call the football team from that city "The Owls" and put the bird on their badge.
It is pronounced "Pen 1 stone" Road... due to the early industrialisation, the early pens produced in Sheffield factories were made from different materials - the first one being made from stone and not carbon... that is why it was first Pen I (like Pen 1) stone... and not "penis tone"
Missed some key facts re bramall lane - site of the worlds first football cup final - The Yodan cup, first ground to have floodlights and original home of Sheffield Wednesday before united and one of Sheffield FC - worlds oldest football club. Also how did you miss Hallam FC's ground - oldest football ground in the world and venue for the first ever competitve game - Hallam vs Sheffield FC - big miss!! overall not done city the historical justice its deserved.

Inthought it was Pen-Is-Stone

Being pedantic; the plural of stadium is stadia, not stadiums.
Shame you missed out the oldest football club in the whole world…

Watch for someone to say "That's actually pronounced as "Dibbun"
