A part number for that last tool would be a great help. Aswould a close up of it working so a person can actually see what it's doing. Thanx for your time

Maybe you guys can help, but for larger windows (like on a bus) do you install the rubber on the glass first, and then the entire assembly? I ask because unlike the case you have here, where the gasket slips over a thin lip of sheetmetal, the gasket on bus windows mount over a 1.5 or so wide section of wall. I understand the reason you do it for this application, but I can't see the benefit of doing it this way for a bus. Thanks

Do you guys carry the splice connector or whatever it is called that goes over where the two ends would meet at the bottom to cover the gap and keep water and dirt out. I need one that would cover over a 5/8" strip in black and will buy right now! Someone decided to steal mine!!!

I have to replace the glass lower panel on the door of my Komatsu PC60. The complication is I am cutting a fresh piece from plexiglass because the cab glass isn't available. Is there a formula for calculating the size of the glass vs the opening size?

What if you do not have rounded corners? I want to redo the seals on my boat windows but they are a skewed rectangle shape with many sharp, less than 45 degree angles.

Hello Bahkoconcrete. Please email your question along with some pictures, if you're able to take some, to info@trimlok.com. Our Sales Reps can take a look at your window and help you figure out if our Locking Gaskets will fit your application. Hope this helps. Thank you!

Hey, why do you only make them fit 3/16 to 1/4 glass? What if I have 1/8 inch glass?

Hi Bone Headed! We don't currently produce a locking gasket for 1/8" glass. However, custom profiles can be created if you are able to meet the minimum order quantity (usually between 10K-15K feet) for a first time order. Please call us at 888-TRIM-LOK for more information. Thank you!

If you're going to be cutting a new piece of glass for an opening, what size would you want to cut it to based on the size of the opening?

1/4" less on all sides just from my experience

Shouldn't the rubber join be at the top or side of the window?

We recommend placing the joint at the bottom, both for functionality and aesthetics.
