Hi Joanne, we would recommend Stretchy Balloon Tape for this! It sticks instantly and is a lot less fiddly to use :-)

Although we cannot be certain as it's not a condition we have tested, Balloon Bond is quite strong so we think it should be ok.

The Balloon Bond is a double sided but it can damage surfaces, it would be worth checking with your client as it may pull paint off.

We only discovered this very recently as well! The box turns into it's own dispenser!

it may be expensive but it rescued 2 deco bubbles that i had inflated to find they had a small hole in them. A tiny bit of tape cured it and was hardly noticeable.
