The thing about love languages is that some people will prefer to give in one language, and receive in another. One of my favorite things to do is give people gifts, but receiving gifts doesn't excite me very much. Someone that it touchy feely might find quality time to have more impact upon them.
One of the many reasons I appreciate these two so much is their honesty. I've grown up in a household where my parents are seemingly incapable of any of these things, and gay or not, these two just show how to have a happy and healthy relationship which I otherwise wouldn't have been exposed to. My gratitude for them can't be put into words :)
