    Awesome tutorial! I made Red Heart Ombre Blue Yarn and I’m very pleased with the way it turned out even though I didn’t use solid yarn. I also made my bag a little taller and wider on the bottom.

    Can I make a long piece and connect the 2 sides to that long piece instead of making the base separate from the side pieces?

    • @magaroni

    I have the same yarn but when I do 34 for the foundation of the body it comes out to almost an inch smaller :( am I doing it too tight?

    •  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeah it might be the tension, it should be fine tho. Your bag will just be slightly smaller at the end. Or if you want you can add the extra inch and follow the rest of the pattern as needed

    Hello :) Thank you for sharing your skills 💖 I checked in the intro if you mentionned how much yarn length you needed for this cute bag but I don't think you mentioned it.. Can you please tell me how much you used approximately? 🙏 I'm new to crocheting and I'm still buying materials and so excited to follow along your video! I want to try it in macramé material 🙂
    Love from Paris! 😘

  • @sakshiupadhyay9837

    Made this and the end result waa beautiful! But how do i make it strong enough to hold it by itself? Cause it bends and gets folded cause it's not thick enough.

  • @lnenh9855

    Hey! Is there going to be a problem if I do half double crochet?? Love your content!

    • @jjpanda
      @jjpanda 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      hey, i’m thinking of doing that too! i’d say that it wouldn’t be a problem at all, but just be sure to decrease the number of rows since a half double crochet would be taller than a single crochet :)

  • @sparkling_daydream3375

    If you take one side of the purse and flip it upside down it’s the front of a tank top! All you have to do is add the straps and crisscross strings in the back to tie into a bow! :3

    for row 1, do you chain 1 before moving on to the second row? or as soon as you do row 1 you just turn your work and start row 2?

    • @Nicole-iy3yu
      @Nicole-iy3yu 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      there‘s no ch1 in the pattern so I‘m just turning it immediately:)

  • @eizzahazman
    @eizzahazman 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hey, I have a question. For the body of the bag, if I chained 34 (foundation chain) and my bag doesn't reach 9.5 inches, it means I have to chain more right? I don't have to necessarily do 34?

    • @lavishgurl1964
