Portraits is our new series of short stories from people in Jubilee. Everyone has a story and we want to hear more of them from the diverse range of people we have! In this month's video Hayley shares some of her experience dealing with Postnatal Depression and what that taught her about God and the Church.

aww hayley god bless you i can fully relate i had the same feelings as you almost 18 years ago with the birth of my only child my daughter holly i developed post natal depression after her birth on top of depression due to a family breavement almost 3 years before my daughter's birth my mum gail who was 300 + miles away from here in stockton as i was in taunton somerset when i had my daughter holly my mum was the one who realised what was going on by a phone call to me days after holly's birth as she's a mental health nurse so she got me to go see my gp in taunton and like you i was resistant to being medicated with anti-depressants but i did agree to it eventually and i am now again on anti-depressants as i now have severe clinical depression and ptsd and anxiety disorder you beautiful lady i will give you a huge hug on sunday when i see you in church but till then i'm sending you huge virtual hugs
