That varies from person to person. I think a manageable goal would be to try and learn 3 new words a day, which would be 21 per week. The key is to keep reviewing old words so that you don't forget them. And of course reading is so important when it comes to building your vocabulary. 👍
A gourmet is a person who knows a lot about food and cooking and who enjoyS eating quality food. You left the S out where it would have been needed. Did you do it directly to look for someone who recognizes the mistakes and pay attention?

I am on the other side of the political spectrum, but if I were a teacher, I would never mention things related to my political views. I know you do not show that so openly, but still shows. Yes, I believe in freedom of expression, but teachers need to concentrate in their subject.

Nouns don't "describe" nouns.
Nouns - as well as verbs - can be descriptive words. These are descriptive nouns when talking about people. 👍
