BIG's album was originally set to release on Halloween 1996 (was to be advertised as 666), but those plans were scrapped when Pac got killed in September. This version is tamer with respect to what happened. Puff owns the lethal version and won't release it for anything. Only hope is that RZA has something since he made the beat and helped record it.
There is a version out with Cappadonna talking in the background & last original part with BIG challenging Pac to whatever (fist fight or shootout). Sounds like the blending of the original and new version.

Big never got to see the release of this album. He was murdered March 9th 1997. This album dropped a few weeks later on March 25th 1997. I cried. I mean sobbed. He was my favorite MC back then. I Got to see him live at the source awards in 1995. The whole bad boy crew performed.

Ultimately it was Puffs decision because Big was killed before the release. That's probably why Puff denies it was directed at Pac altogether.
