This meltdown was the last straw for Staley. You can sense that he knows he's done with his tone and demeanor.
He’s been having meltdowns since the beginning of the season when they kept asking if the Jacksonville loss was still effecting them.
Stop losing the same way, stop making the same mistakes, and they won't ask you the same question.

I’m a Chargers fan and he has been heavily criticized for not giving up the defensive play calling even when it’s showing that it’s not working. I agree I think Staley should be fired as the defense has been the worst part of the team imo, but I will say i don't agree about the fan base part.
