Mina keeps talking about other people getting paid and not dak but dak has already been paid before. They lagged on his contract but he did get paid. She brings up Tua at the end getting paid, he's still young and has to prove himself in big games and has only been in the league 4 years. We’re not giving out participation medals. Just advance in the playoffs beyond where you’ve already been. At what point do people start being held accountable for their overall recognition status when they keep dying at the same level and then respawn, but never make it past where they’ve already been. If getting to that point is beyond what the vast majority of other people get to, that does make you a good or great player, but it doesn’t make you elite and when people start saying wait ‘till next year and over and over again, you start to sound like a broken record and your track record starts to give people a sense of false hope. I’m also really freaking tired of all the people who want to use age and injury over a track record. Please go find a new job.

Dak doesn’t have to worry about Mahomes like the AFC QBs do.
