Glad the Kais are chill with Trunks, Beerus is gonna be a different case I think.
With how badly the Kais handle… basically everything… I don’t think they have any grounds for chastising anyone.
To be fair traveling once is not Trunks fault. Earth didn’t know and no one informed them on time travel and Bulma made the Time Machine. If Beerus or Shin or the galactic patrol had told anyone that Time travel was illegal and would destroy the planet then they wouldn’t have done it.

Trunks becoming an apprentice yes he would do well at it but the whole time travel bit i feel would be a good end point to bring in Supreme Kai of Time

I doubt that Trunks would have such resentment like that to become majin in a scenario like this; even at the worst that he's not able to go home, he's given an opportunity to live with his father that he never had and watched the man he respected most grow up and fight alongside him. I understand he probably still wishes to go home (because why wouldn't he) but I don't think it's in character for him to be so resentful or filled with such hatred that he'd be afflicted with majin and turn on his friends/family like that

The finals between Future Trunks vs Gohan is appropriate. Everything has come full circle. His victory over Gohan shows the audience who the protagonist is.
Honestly I see trunks adepting to the techniques of the Kai’s along with possibly learning abit more about the universe and it’s order including learned about the advance ki control training from yardrat and possibly being interested in it
Would be cool if trunks and gohan got their potential unlocked, and maybe even get beast later 👀 (I know it has happened before but still cool imo)

I would say that a "Kai" can't just be anyone. They are born from a tree out of an apple and raised for that position.
Honestly? I wanna see Trunks become an apprentice, meet Zamasu, and actually explain what he did, what he didnt know and how he was punished for it. Gives Zamasu a view of a mortal who yes, sinned against the gods, but has been doing all he can to repent since and has recognized his crime and doesnt wish to do so outside of the Time Rings again.

Would be cool if this led to Kai trained trunks and God trained gohan paralleling angel trained goku and God trained vegita plus the irony of gohan and vegita ending up on more similar paths of training not power seems like somthing too funny to pass up
Kind of love that Future Trunks became a mentor for Gohan it makes sense because Trunks is almost a decade older then Gohan so Trunks is the perfect teacher for Gohan.
All in all this was a good chapter looking forward to see Trunks being a supreme Kai appreciation

Babidi could've tried to capitalize on Trunks's frustration with not being able to go back to his timeline to Majin him (probably would've failed though), but he can also bring back people from the dead temporarily (Frieza and King Cold for example) and then power them up, so he had options, not very good ones, but options

And since Salad has at some points used characters originating from games in his what if scenarios, why not abilities as well?
The way i think this could go, is after he gets permission to travel back to his time, he declines the offer, stating that he belongs in this timeline now, and he knows he can never go back to the way it was before.
This is just how i see future trunks

A series where the 25th Tenkaichi Budōkai isn't skipped over because of Babidi and Dabura, and we even got to see Gohan vs. Future Trunks in the final round nice. 🙂 F Trunks becoming an Apprentice Supreme Kai seems like the next logical step here if he could possibly go home maybe at some point, he meets Zamasu and changes his mind about mortals. A cool idea would be Gohan joining in the training to keep the Gohan-F Trunks connection together. 👍 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.

Trunks is on the Kai's (specifically Shin's) good side. Trunks is desparate to return to his timeline. He may not train under beerus when he finds out about the time travel. It would be perfect as trunk's godly training.
Also, i bet Beerus would "enjoy" hearing of a hybrid saiyan training under the kais, only to find out this saiyan messed with the timelines

The joke about Trunks using his sword in the Budokai Tenkaichi makes me think of how cool it could be if, by the time the ToP comes around, Trunks develops a technique where he can manifest a proper Ki sword akin to the Sword of Hope, but with Trunks manifesting the entirety of the sword instead of just the blade onto a physical hilt.

I have a feeling thise leads to black..Trunks 😂 But i would love to see Trunks fighting other Androids to like the one we never seen in story's before. The ultimate Android fights because those are Trunks true enemies
I'd think Shin would take Trunks on, given his future Canon self did. Obviously, different circumstances were Buu was still a possible threat. I still think Shin would see Trunks assistance against Babidi and Dabura enough to give it a chance. Especially as he did more research on Trunks already, knowing he is a good guy who did something he didn't know was a crime.
It will be interesting if taken on outside, eventually releasing Elder Kai. As even Future Trunks was about to do so with Shin so I'd expect it would still happen eventually. Is there any earlier interaction with Zamasu and how that plays out. I can see that going bad or possibly good, depending on how Trunks conducts himself with Zamasu.
Either furthering Zamasu hate of mortals or if Trunks can explain in the right way, perhaps making Zamasu have slight understanding/sympathy. Trunks is generally a respectful young man, so there is a slight chance... Especially if he or more so Shin details how though Trunks broke the time rule has done everything he can to atone for his ignorance and has assisted the Kais in stopping evil already. Even inadvertently freeing a Kai from imprisonment with Elder Kai, perhaps.
For a possible curve ball villain. Perhaps Vomi/Android 21 appears through time manipulation or prior events that have been around since Cell Saga in secret collecting data. Even getting DNA/samples from the egg that had Buu sealed without any noticing. To be an enemy/direct unintentional action that Trunks unintentionally created with Cell due to the time machines. Also, perhaps later introducing Chronoa to ask Trunks who is misplaced in time to work for her to further his training and desire to fix his past mistakes. While he occasionally goes back to Earth to keep in touch with everyone once in a while.

Hey man I’m a huge fan and listen to ur wat ifs on the road as I’m a truck driver I would literally pay if u make a full in depth video on wat if super and better power scaling for example in my head canon buuhan is stronger than more than half the top fighters I would be a hard video to make but give a number I would pay

At the sheer beggining, Trunks you're not here for a couple of year but for a decade now, and you are twenty seven now no longer a teen.
And my Prediction about what happens was correct with the two finalist being the ones i thought would be.
Also Goku certainly is Stronger form to form wise, he just doesn't have SSJ3 to give him that Big edge.
Anyway amazing part that went to what i though it will go.
Also Future Earth is certainly desolate with years with Androids then Perfect Cell and finally Babidi.
