I started listening in November and I started with the amazing video “run” it showed me that I can push myself to be better, to be more, to be who I was meant to be. I pushed myself so far bc of these video’s that I did just about the best thing I could, I pulled my hamstring and that’s good bc I knew I had a limit just didn’t know where but I found it and worked on it and now I can’t wait to go back to the place where I did it and show that course who’s boss
