Well in the Western Land match, Lewis was playing competent enough but that last hidden block and Johnny making the mistake by stealing a star from Ted were the deciding factors.

It’s like Mr. Doom for Mario Party TV but Doom has the weirdest luck that can be enough to comeback from a deficit last place to a first place
That minigame with the enemies on stage and you have to answer which one was at a specific position, but you can just copy your opponents answer. Why couldn't it have been something like Goomba A button. Koopas B buttton Boo Z button
So Lewis has his 3rd win in BSC Mario Party, Ted has 2 wins from Mario Party 4 and Mario Party 6 MomoCon 2015, and if the Mario Party 1 battle cannon counting as CANNON, Jon has 3 wins and if not, 2 wins, one for Mario Party 8 MomoCon and Mario party 4 as the TRAMPIAN! And Ryan with... 8 wins(2 from Mario Party 2, 3 from Mario Party 3, 2 from Mario Party 4, and 1 from Mario Party 5) with the power of ANARCHY!!!!!!!! Derrick from gameXplains had 1 win from Mario Party 6 at Pax East 2016.
Given the age of the cartridges and discs, it is expected to happen to some degree. The battery backups are long in need of being replaced for the former and the gamecube discs require care to perform optimally-plus a good memory card (the best of which are now third party ones).
