Why is abolishing negative gearing discussed at all.Neither does the RBI stop issue investor loans nor the govt stops negative gearing.Shouldnt that be a first step ? Investors are constantly competing with low priced homes with First Home buyers outbidding them.

I don't believe it's just myself when I suggest that maybe you should just speak from your heart, which is honestly who you are. I believe people are sick to death of listening to politicians who sound like tape recorders. When he asked you why you changed your mind on housing and superannuation - just say it. People understand and appreciate honesty. Because no one does, or should do at the present time trust a politician.
