Karma = Flip A Coin + Hide & Seek, they're bsides on the same album i recommend checking them out in your own time. There are 7 women who have been members of Pixy. The original line up was Ella (Former Leader and Main Vocalist; “She got the look in her eyes”; 3:37 and 20:41), Satbyeol (Lead Rapper; 3:16, 14:17, 21:45), Lola (Main Rapper, Visual; 5:59, 11:05, 19:51, 28:40), Dia (Current Leader, Main vocalist, and former rapper; “Her. HER. HER!”; 5:51, 11:28, 19:45, 28:00), Sua (Sub-Vocalist; 3:47, 11:37, 23:34, and 28:44), and Dajeong (Main Vocalist and former Maknae; “Okay, like vocals but don’t kill me”; 3:00, 14:40, 22:50, 31:31). With Rinji (Main Dancer, Sub vocalist, Maknae; 29:57) being added to the group in October 2022. The group debuted with Wings, followed by Let Me Know, Addicted and Bewitched (The latter two being dual title tracks). They then released a light and fun song called Call Me as a single and as a gift to fans. After Call Me, Ella went on hiatus due to “health concerns and personal stress”. Ella is a wildly talented idol, and was previously a member of Cherry Bullet (with the name Mirae) before joining Pixy. Villain featured the remaining members and the mysterious silhouette at the end (more on that in a second). During live concerts a masked dancer stepped into Ella’s parts. Following promotions of Villain, it was announced that both Ella and Satbyeol were sadly leaving the group. It was later revealed that a new member would be added, who turned out to be Rinji who had been the masked dancer during those live performances and the silhouette at the end of Villain; thus her lyrics in Karma “Carved in your memory, my silhouette, They all wonder who I am”. This is where I speculate a little: based on rumors I had heard, Rinji was planned to be a member of the group for some time but was considered to be too young to debut with the group (she is 17 now). I think the plan was originally to debut her when she turned 18, but after Ella and Satybeol left, they moved up the time table to officially debut her with Karma. After Karma’s release, Pixy had a successful US tour, which was run by a then new-to-kpop tour group Leo Presents, who have now become a fan favorite US tour group, and have worked with Tri . be, IKON, and are about to start Purple Kiss’s US tour. Pixy is about to start their first European tour, and just released a new digital-only mini-album “The Voice” with title track “Truth or Dare” (but no MV so far). You asked who is composing their songs (23:52), and up through Bewitched it was one of my all time favorite producers D Answer/ Kevin D. He produced for ini, JO1, TIOT, and ORβIT, but for my personal highlights he produced Beautiful Lie for TAN, and several of CRAXY's latest albums, having moved from PIXY to CRAXY. CRAXY’s Nugudom, Poison Rose, and Undercover are all well worth checking out, with Poison Rose in particular being extremely PIXY coded. Getting back to Pixy though, they have an immaculate discography, which is admittedly small but every single B-side is great. Not asking for a massive deep dive from you, but they are well worth it if you want to check them out further in your own time. If you do want to check them out on your channel, Let Me Know, The Moon, Moonlight, Still With Me, Call Me, and Trick Or Treat are the only videos that I don’t think you have seen, but absolutely no pressure, just sharing my love of the group. The first time I heard about PIXY was when I was watching a music show and they performed 'WINGS'... And my God, I WAS SO SHOCKED . It was literally their debut stage, but the intro, storyline, and choreography made it seem like they were performing at MAMA, MMA, GDA, or one of those award shows. It was insane. And yes, Ella has a beautiful voice and a crazy look in her eyes, she was my bias but unfortunately she left the group. I miss her and Satbyeol :( but the new member, Rinji, was such a good addition to the group and she fits in very well with the rest of the members.
I saw pixy in atl earlier this year!! They are incredible live!! Seriously one of the best concerts I've been to, they're such great performers!! I will always promote my girls, they need so much more hype

For me, Pixy is THE most underrated kpop group. Their discography, top to bottom, it fantastic. It does suck they lost so many members, particularly Ella, but they can still bring it. If you check them out again, you need to watch Bewitched. The choreography (and the song too) are fantastic.

I went to PIXY’s concert in Atlanta this past May, and it was AMAZING. They are such PERFORMERS, and gave such a great show! And Rinji fit right into the group seamlessly.
Pink Fantasy is another group with a concept thought between madness and fantasy. Don't be fooled by the name, although they've tried to do more cute-like or commercial things, they always go back to their original concept of Alice Following the White Rabbit. They are super talented and need all the support they can have, I'm very surprised that their agency keeps trying, many already opened them leaving them aside, and although it's been a while without a comeback like this, they upload a lot of content both Dance covers and solo songs. Give the White Rabbit Girls a chance.

PIXY omg i seriously wanted to see you react to them this month, they're one of my ults alongside billlie, ateez, and OnlyOneOf. thank you so much for reacting to them again! these girls are seriously great at what they do some information about pixy's lineup- they debuted as 6 members (ella, satbyeol, lola, dia, sua, and dajeong) but for villain promoted as 5 members while ella was on hiatus and sadly, after villain, ella and satbyeol were announced to leave the group. shortly after, rinji (the girl in the shadows at the end of villain) was announced as the new maknae of pixy. she's currently seen in her special performance video of butterfly (an unreleased track), their halloween track trick or treat, and karma

I think you did like...A first look, or something, way long ago. "Can't be pretty" PSHHHH GIRL PLEASE...You know you fly. Stop. ❤ Moving on... PIXY Debuted as a 6 member group under AllArt Ent. with Lola, Satbyeol, Sua, Ella, Dia, and Dajeong with "Wings" as their debut title track. Their concept is embodying both the light....And dark...Side of pixies and overall dark fairytale concept. As of their most recent comeback "Karma" they debuted their new member, Rinji, who came in after Satbyeol and Ella's departure. Shortly after their "Addicted" comeback, it was announced that Ella would be on hiatus due to ongoing health issues in May 2022, and then due to increasing strain due to health issues (Satbyeol was hospitalized during "Villain" promotions or immediately after them) Satbyeol and Ella departed the group, which for me was super heartbreaking because this is the second time Ella debuted and then ended up not being able to continue with a group. She originally was the leader of Cherry Bullet under FNC when they debuted under the stage name "Mirae", and Satbyeol had been a part of the group "Girls' Alert." Villain was their 4th comeback, Addicted was their 3rd, hence the "PIXY Has been reborn" at the beginning of Villain, they moved into a different part of their concept and storyline, so you watched them just a touch out of order, but that's ok! Karma makes use of jazzy samples that give it an almost vaudevillian style, and is a hybrid remix of two songs: 'Hide & Seek', a story about hunting down evil as if it were playing tag, and 'Flip A Coin' about fate to judge evil, utilizing the story of the Greek "fates" the Moirai (I know I probably spelled this TOTALLY incorrect, sorry) In Greek mythology, the Fates were divine beings who personified the birth, life, and death of humankind. PIXY literally does not get the love and praise and respect they deserve, and I wish they did, because they are SINCERELY one of the most unique, powerful groups in kpop right now and no one wants to recognize that because they've had a lineup change within their first 4 comebacks and are from a small company, because for some reason lineup changes=bad? Somehow? Do I miss Ella and Satbyeol? More than anything, but I'll be damned if Rinji isn't kicking ass. #StopSleepingOnPIXY

Aaa i lovelove pixy so much i love seeing others react and love them! Fun story about pixy: i went to their show in louisville and actually got a chance to see them up close and talk to them (i did not get anything vip it just happened). My friend actually drew all the members and had the opportunity to give them the drawings in person so like we literally talked to them and it was so cool. My friend got to keep the coin they used for karma and they were so sweet and beautiful it was absolutely amazing. If anyone is curious abt the artwork, they show it on their lousiville vlog and if they ever go on tour again, i would highly recommend it they are amazing live.

Hi, Caitlin, I love your videos, the girl at the end of Villain music video was Allart's trainee, Rinji, during their performance in Washington, she cover up for Ella (the original member and the group's leader and main vocalist) who was on hiatus before she and Satbyeol left, after the two original members she was added before the group go on for their Wannabe Your Villain European Tour 2022, the song Karma from their 4th EP Chosen Karma, is the song that marks Rinji's official debut in the group
NGL Karma and Villain are my favorite songs of theirs, but Bewitched has my all time favorite choreo from them, such a good B-side that i highly recommend

I remember the first time I heard PIXY. I was on my lunch break from work, and was just listening to random music that Spotify played, when Addicted came on. When the rap at 19:51 first came in, my initial thought was "Damn, this chick could beat me up" 😅🤣 It was just so badass and charismatic, and combined with her amazing voice, I was hooked immediately.

some information about pixy's lineup- they debuted as 6 members (ella, satbyeol, lola, dia, sua, and dajeong) but for villain promoted as 5 members while ella was on hiatus and sadly, after villain, ella and satbyeol were announced to leave the group. shortly after, rinji (the girl in the shadows at the end of villain) was announced as the new maknae of pixy. she's currently seen in her special performance video of butterfly (an unreleased track), their halloween track trick or treat, and karma

I miss watching people react to Villain! I watched hundreds of reactions when it came out, haha. It's such a rollercoaster if you go in without knowing anything. And I feel the same way about Dia...she just does something to me. You don't have to do a deep dive as I know they are a small fandom but I think you would love some of their b sides. PIXY Debuted as a 6 member group under AllArt Ent. with Lola, Satbyeol, Sua, Ella, Dia, and Dajeong with "Wings" as their debut title track. Their concept is embodying both the light....And dark...Side of pixies and overall dark fairytale concept. As of their most recent comeback "Karma" they debuted their new member, Rinji, who came in after Satbyeol and Ella's departure.
Shortly after their "Addicted" comeback, it was announced that Ella would be on hiatus due to ongoing health issues in May 2022, and then due to increasing strain due to health issues (Satbyeol was hospitalized during "Villain" promotions or immediately after them) Satbyeol and Ella departed the group, which for me was super heartbreaking because this is the second time Ella debuted and then ended up not being able to continue with a group. She originally was the leader of Cherry Bullet under FNC when they debuted under the stage name "Mirae", and Satbyeol had been a part of the group "Girls' Alert."
Villain was their 4th comeback, Addicted was their 3rd, hence the "PIXY Has been reborn" at the beginning of Villain, they moved into a different part of their concept and storyline, so you watched them just a touch out of order, but that's ok! Karma makes use of jazzy samples that give it an almost vaudevillian style, and is a hybrid remix of two songs: 'Hide & Seek', a story about hunting down evil as if it were playing tag, and 'Flip A Coin' about fate to judge evil, utilizing the story of the Greek "fates" the Moirai (I know I probably spelled this TOTALLY incorrect, sorry) In Greek mythology, the Fates were divine beings who personified the birth, life, and death of humankind.
PIXY literally does not get the love and praise and respect they deserve, and I wish they did, because they are SINCERELY one of the most unique, powerful groups in kpop right now and no one wants to recognize that because they've had a lineup change within their first 4 comebacks and are from a small company, because for some reason lineup changes=bad? Somehow? Do I miss Ella and Satbyeol? More than anything, but I'll be damned if Rinji isn't kicking ass.

Aaa i lovelove pixy so much i love seeing others react and love them! Fun story about pixy: i went to their show in louisville and actually got a chance to see them up close and talk to them (i did not get anything vip it just happened). My friend actually drew all the members and had the opportunity to give them the drawings in person so like we literally talked to them and it was so cool. My friend got to keep the coin they used for karma and they were so sweet and beautiful it was absolutely amazing. If anyone is curious abt the artwork, they show it on their lousiville vlog and if they ever go on tour again, i would highly recommend it they are amazing live.

Hi, Caitlin, I love your videos, the girl at the end of Villain music video was Allart's trainee, Rinji, during their performance in Washington, she cover up for Ella (the original member and the group's leader and main vocalist) who was on hiatus before she and Satbyeol left, after the two original members she was added before the group go on for their Wannabe Your Villain European Tour 2022, the song Karma from their 4th EP Chosen Karma, is the song that marks Rinji's official debut in the group

NGL Karma and Villain are my favorite songs of theirs, but Bewitched has my all time favorite choreo from them, such a good B-side that i highly recommend

I remember the first time I heard PIXY. I was on my lunch break from work, and was just listening to random music that Spotify played, when Addicted came on. When the rap at 19:51 first came in, my initial thought was "Damn, this chick could beat me up" 😅🤣 It was just so badass and charismatic, and combined with her amazing voice, I was hooked immediately.

listen, PIXY are absolutely AMAZING, I really, really hope you check out their whole discography, their albums are all just /chef's kiss/ (Fallen is one of my favorite songs, like, just in general, it hits ALL my sweet spots 😂) Also yeah, their choreo is insane, you barely got to see the full badassness of their dancing, Wings is crazy, I so recommend watching their dance practices ^^
