Karachi Famous Pulao Biryani - Perfect 1kg Recipe (Best Ever)

Karachi is a big city and it was 1st capital of Pakistan. It is very famous for variety of food cooked here. You will find a biryani or pulao shop on the corner of every street of the city. Karachi Biryanis are world famous and I am making one of those biryanis today. This biryani is called Pulao Biryani because of its different nature in spices and color. I can guarantee you that if you try this recipe, it will be the best biryani you ever tried. This biryani has few spices but still its taste is unmatchable.
Ingredients:
For Chicken Korma/Gravy
Chicken 1 kg
Red Chilli Powder 1.5tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1/2 tbs
Cloves 8 pcs
Cumin 1 tbs
Dried Plums 10 pcs
Oils 250 gms or 1.5 cups
Tomato 300 gms or 4 Large
Fried Onions 50 gms or 1cup
Salt 1 tbs
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic 5 big cloves
Green Chillies 5
Water 3 cup total
For boiling rice
Rice 1 kg
Salts 4tbs
Water as required
