My 78 year old uncle makes model train parts with a 3D printer. He also machines custome parts. Its pretty amazing to watch. Someone's old train breaks and he can make the part so it will run again

I love Chicago. The museum of ice cream is something I think you would really enjoy. There are a ton of photo opportunities throughout the museum. It’s very colorful and you get ice cream. I have done the architecture cruise before and I would recommend it. It give you a lot of history of Chicago while seeing all of the beautiful buildings.❤🚢🎡

Well I'm waiting on a prescription delivery so maybe Shoppers drug Mart has some then I can ask them to grab one for me it will be a very expensive yogourt I bet though I add a bit of Stevia and cinnamon and it's delicious

My brother lived in an appartment on the 27 floor on Wells street. The view was fabulous. He would take us on a walking tour all over downtown. He was a great tour guide. He watched them film a Batman or Transformer movie and signed up to be an extra.
Talking about RVs, my hubby wanted one and researched for a long time before we purchased our 45’. You do not need a special license to drive this huge machine! It became a challenge because he didn’t admit to me that it stressed him out to drive it!! Ugh! We kept it for a few years before selling it and losing money! I would have preferred spending that amount on a beachside bungalow, such is life with my hubby.

Just not in the winter 😳 I worked with a surgeon that was in The Fugitive. Home Alone was filmed in Chicago as was The Blues Brothers. Thank you two for sharing Chicago. I'm homesick now. 😊 I lived in Valparaiso, Indiana and spent a lot of time in Chicago. 3D printing is fascinating.
I love going to Chicago. It's about a 9 hour drive from where I live in Minnesota. My most favorite restaurant in Chicago is Joe's Seafood. It's the best done seafood in the Midwest! It's worth every penny.

An unconventional convention.😂 I set up at a vintage/craft market last fall. Didn't sell enough to pay for my gas, but there were happy kids everywhere. Turns out the coolest thing around are 3-D copies of vintage toys. That booth sold everything and took orders. Woohoo. The future is here and it's the fifties all over again.

As you are traveling home. The second exit into Indiana is Indianapolis Blvd. there used to be the Great American Antique Mall. Also, if it during a weekday, you can continue down the Blvd. to the Ridge Road. There is a Crossroads of America monument of the flags. Then turn left there and then go into downtown Highland. There are a couple of thrift stores you could hit.

Try Art of Pizza- do-it rite donuts in Sears Tower (Willis) for lunch breakfast, dinner. Pittsfield cafe in the Pittsfield bldg. Reggies pizza. Lincoln Park Zoo. rj grunts right across the street.in Lincoln Park. Lake shore drive is right there fullerton exit. Arboretum is there also.( Flowers and birds.) Not sure if im saying that right. Navy Pier at the very tip at the railing by the water is awesome..so many places to eat or do.

Chicago is a great city, just 90 miles from my hometown Milwaukee ("which is Algonquin for the good land" 😆)! I'd snag my ma's '66 Mustang, load up my friends and drive down to see late 60's early 70's big name groups, Loved the art museum best ('Sunday in the Park' is my favorite) I'd love to go back to see The Bean in person but probably never will. Have fun! Spring is wonderful there! 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

I worked for Baron Hilton in the early ‘90’s I have been all over the world for Hilton Hotels. But Chicago and New York have much history.
