*Channel Break from April 2nd to April 9th*
So I will need to take a week off In April to implement some changes I haven’t had the time for. Some changes in my recording space and content production, some stuff with new content, and a few other things that need some attention.
It’s been a solid five months of content, and it’s been absolutely fantastic being back on TH-cam in this capacity. The one week break is a necessary pit stop, to take care of some things so that it’s another solid five months and beyond.
The break will be from April 2nd to April 9th. So Doctor Who 4x7, Death Note 1x22 and Shingeki 4x14 will be pushed to the week after that. RDR2 and Vinland Saga are both new additions in April as well.

If you didn't know, Jenny is played by Georgia Tennant who is David Tennants wife now... They met on set and she is actually the daughter of an actual doctor I think number 5... So David is married to the daughter of a doctor who met on the episode "The doctors daughters" 😂
And has kid's so Doctor's Granddaughters. So the Doctor is married to his daughter and is the father in law of The Doctor with his daughter married to a Doctor. Got it.
@@SGlitz And Georgia Tennant was a schoolmate of Colin Baker's daughter. So the 10th Doctor married the 5th Doctor's daughter, who is the 6th Doctor's daughter's friend. It's a small Universe!

This episode really packed an emotional punch, those interactions with Jenny and the Doctor was really intense. On a side note, I absolutely adored Donna solving the mystery in this episode - the way she works everything out is so clever!
Not every Gallifreyan is a Time Lord/Lady, so I don't think Jenny would be considered one. Knowing how sanctimonius the Time Lords are, they probably wouldn't even consider her Gallifreyan since she was cloned-despite her having two hearts.
Nor did she enroll into the Academy and have an opportunity to be brought before the untempered schism as a youth.
This episode feels like it was made to kickstart a spinoff that never happened
Well, I think that's what RTD thought Moffat was asking for. At this point, RTD had already chosen Moffat as his successor for the role of showrunner, and when Moffat suggested that Jenny should live at the end. If I remember right, that's not what Moffat had meant, but RTD just ran with it.

Time Lord and Gallifreyan are two different things, same species. All Time Lords are Gallifreyan, but not all Gallifreyans are Time Lords.

Fun fact: Gendry (whose name I can't remember either) and Georgia both appeared on Merlin, the tv show (I don't know if you've seen it). Well, I don't know if that's much fun XD

There’s another character you’ve yet to see, played by Colin Morgan, who also played Merlin! The U.K. definitely only has 5 actors (and 4.5 of them are Benedict Cumberbatch lol).

It may be regarded as the weakest episode of S4, but for my money it's one of the best showcases for David Tennant - particularly the cell scenes.
Splitting Martha from the others gave us a chance to see both sides in the conflict from an outsider's point of view.

Some people reckon that Jenny regenerating cheapens her death, but as far as the Doctor is concerned, she died and stayed dead, so for him the loss is real.

Yes, David Tennant is married to Georgia Moffett who plays his 'daughter' She is the daughter of Peter Davison, the fifth Doctor, and the couple have 5 children between them, including three daughters. She also went to school with Colin Baker (the fifth Doctors),s daughter. This means the Doctor's daughter is the Doctor's Daughter, the Doctor's wife, the mother of the Doctors daughter, and the school-friend of the Doctor's daughter. It also makes the Doctor his own father-in-law and son-in-law. Wibbly-wobbley . Timey-wimey.
A lot of people assume that the energy that came out of her mouth when she came back alive was regeneration energy, but if you look closely, it has a slightly greenish tinge. That's because it's not regeneration energy, but energy from the device that had terraformed the planet. Regeneration energy only has a gold tinge.
About the Doctor being a father before. It's kind of a natural logical progression from the fact that the Doctor's first companion was his granddaughter, Susan. If he had a granddaughter, then logic dictates that he had to have had children. One child at least, in order to have had a grandchild. Personally, I can only guess that something happened to them before the Doctor left Gallifrey, because 1) he wouldn't have taken his teenage grandchild with him if her parents were still alive and 2) her parents wouldn't have allowed him to take their teenage daughter with him. And we know she's a teenager because in the very first episode, she's introduced as having been put in school on Earth while the Doctor lived in the TARDIS in a junkyard. Considering kids are allowed to choose not to continue school at 16 in the UK, it stands to reason that she was really rather young. And considering the long lives of Time Lords and Ladies, she had to have been practically a toddler in their eyes.
What about when the master regenerated? I think it was the energy from the device as well but it could be regeneration energy or a mix of both.
Is this how they met IRL? Or did they know each other before (with the Peter Davison connection)
I think I read that they met on-set. Or maybe that's when they first got attracted.
Jenny (Geargia Tennant, formerly Moffett) is David Tennant's now wife and has been since 2011. But Georgia herself is the Daughter of Peter Davidson, who was the 5th Doctor back in 1981. David and Georgia first met in the making of this episode.

A time Lord is a rank that a gallifreyan has to reach. So she wouldn’t be classed as a gallifreyan or a timelord 🤔 I’m not sure what you’d call her
Dont forget in 1963 the doctors grand daughter traveled with him and i think she stayed on earth when actress left the show but this actress after she married 10 they had kids adopted one boy ty who is in tv series tolken and war of the worlds im looking forward to seasons 8/10 my favorites

I always considered the age of the general. I don't think he's one of those new generations at all. I think he's the only living survivor of the colonists who started the war. He still wanted it all too. too greedy

I just feel like Martha didn't get a very good role in these 3 episodes. like she is there, but not really. I needed more Martha.
Well, it is *Donna's* series ... no other companion has had to share three episodes with another companion
@@franl155 of course. but captain jack or Rory or Nardole didn't get as much of a distant role than Martha did for these episodes. its just noticable on rewatch.
