To measure the stiffness of a pole in your reviews you could anchor the butt section on the seat box pole hook, rest it on a roller at a standard set distance from the box for all poles tested, then measure the distance from floor to pole tip at 13m, 14.5m & 16m+....just an idea as you could do the same standard test for all poles to make it fair, be black and white then for comparison!

When will the first £10,000 pole be for sale the way it's going it ain't gonna be long. The top companies bring a new Pole out every 1 to 3 years on average I can certainly see a 5 grand plus pole being on sale in the next year .
Having used this quite a few times now I’m going to miff the daiwa fans of here, exo sphere is still better in all aspects, in all honesty the sphere pt+ is better as well in my opinion, however I wouldn’t pay the Money for any of them lol. To expensive for me, but my friends are rich and are kind enough to let me have a go of there expensive gear, don’t get me wrong this is an absolutely class pole but spheres are still the best of the best.
@@Angling4U I have fished with them all m8, my friends have all three of the poles I’ve mentioned, I’ve used all three and in my opinion exo sphere is still the best, but don’t get me wrong there all amazing poles
So it's marginally better than the last one but more expensive,as yet again it's state of the art,pushing the boundaries of carbon fibre abilities,we just get drip fed in angling.in 15 years time we'll be using poles that could have been designed today

i did that with air z pro and browning sphere pt outdoor on box and bump bar! the z pro was stiffer

You need to use a seatbox + spray bar, and not lay the poles on rollers to see the difference in sag/stiffness. Looks like a cracking bit of kit tho.

got the air z pro and browning sphere pt and the z pro is slightly stiffer but more so at 14.5 mtr put up on facebook little video for you guys

I understand what you are saying I don't disagree, but you can only truly say that when you have fished with both on the bank.
