GM Joe. Omg. Tall foyer. Cozy dining room. Lovely powder bath. Open concept and living room beamed ceiling. Wine 🍷. Unique cabinet color. Good size pantry. Big nook. Appreciate the covered lanai. Big backyard to add a pool. Spacious primary. Love the his:her closets & split vanities. 2 linen closets. Lovely shower but no niche 😂. That shelf not big enough. 2 Good size upstairs bedrooms & bathroom. Big cozy loft. Thought I had missed the laundry. Thought laundry is always on the same floor as the primary. 2 more bedrooms with Jack n Jill. Beautiful home. Thanks for sharing. Have a grand week and happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍽🤗

Beautiful home, just not a fan of lvp flooring. It's just cheap in my opinion

Thanks for watching James!! LVP has come a long long way. I'm seeing a lot of luxury homes install LVP and it's getting harder to tell until you inspect much closer

@orlandohomefinders I've been in electrical contracting my entire adult career, 30+ years. In my area it's very common for lvp flooring to be used, I think whe. You get into 1 million range for a house it should have better flooring. That's just me though 🙂
