@@creativeeee sir i already checked it is same as before 22.8 sec, its the same as before,one for thing i noted like there is one paramter in calibration that is LB pulse/revolution thats denoted as I/U in disocont, as i am calibration LB pulse as my feeder cap is of 120t/h in full range before it was 7070 I/U now as if i am doing its turning out to be 7117 I/U value, also after accepting this value tare value is moving from 100% to 71 and stopping there itself no further movemnt in tare % value.So any idea further do you hold as per this?

7070and 7117 is not a big difference,there is parameter imp/ meter also check this if it is ok then u have a problem in disocont internal software, for time being you can tare it by chnging the basic tare in calibration parameters,to make it tare by calibration program you need to flash its memory and reinstal if you have its software
