I have uncapped my fps afert ive used a fps tool (Chris Titus Tool) and my fps is still locked at 480 my monitors refresh rate is 240 so it cant be vsync could you help?

ive done it but my fps still capped at 60
What gpu do u have
It doesn't work with intel GPUs (and probably AMD)
