When you round the corner into the sun-bathed laundry room-Wow! Brilliant ✨️
Is beautiful house is my dream to have a house.
Since there are already French doors to the backyard, I would make that side bump-out attach to a garage.
The house has a good entry, and just inside the door there is a bench and a place for coats. The fireplace and the TV each have their logical place. If you wanted more seating, you could enlarge the living area by removing the section of wall into the hallway. The kitchen has adequate counter and cabinets. The alternate entry into the laundry room can also serve as a mud room, and there is space there for a pantry cabinet if needed. There are also French doors from the dining area to access a back porch or patio. The small bathroom windows are logically placed. Stand-alone tubs are popular, but I'm not a fan of them because they lack a place to put your soap and shampoo, and they are difficult clean behind. The bedrooms have ample wardrobes that include drawers and presumably shelves so there's a place for all your clothes.
A lot of thought went into this plan, and I could move in tomorrow! Well done!

The 1 st. I grew up in had a similar floor plan less size and less modern. Love it. The tub in the master is a nice addition. My all time favorite. Good job.
Great house especially the copper touches in the bathroom
This house looks as if it should have a second story - take the smaller bedroom downstairs and convert to a home office/craft room/den - add another master bedroom suite upstairs with attic storage or a reading nook. The only other thing I would do is move the washer/dryer to an exterior wall for venting, and add a space for the HVAC/water heater - there is definitely room for it.

And I'd have the laundry room facing the east. I just need a garage on the back, connected to the house for bad weather to get the groceries in the kitchen.

I'd prefer a longer more defined entry hall, maybe with a step down into the living area. Also liking the kitchen separation.
Lovely! The only thing I would change is that doorway by the laundry room. I'd put it on the side and add a breezeway to a garage.

I really like this design. I love the laundry room and kitchen. I am not a big fan of kitchen islands but maybe add for more sitting and eating space in kitchen for entertainment purposes.
the garage doesn't hae to be like every other cookie cutter house. It only needs an entrance to the kitchen, I'd take out the fench door and that would be my entrance to the garage, in the back of the house, it doesn't have to be right up against the house and I need at least a three car garage, two normal sized doors and a smaller one for his little Saturn Sky.

I really like this design except for the kitchen eating area. I love to have guests over for dinner and the eating area is just too small. The rest of the house is great.
Ute little house. All of the built in shelving is terrific and the utility room is really expansive with its drying area over the sink drain and it has a window. It would be more desirable if there were a porch.
