Nope. That was one of the first things I tried. I have since given up. While the technology may be there, it doesn't work. Comparing this new version of the PRO (newer than in this video) to the Intuos 4 I used before, I actually liked the 4 better with its back-lit menu. Other than that, they're functionally identical, since Blue Tooth doesn't work, and since it turns out that using a mouse and stylus is much faster than using the touch system with its over-sensitivity to touch when a stylus is nearby, and its one-, two-, three-, and even four-fingered confusing techniques to do what a simple mouse click does. I've turned off the touch, and keep it plugged in using a USB. The PRO pictured had an easy way to temporarily suspend the touch interface, but the new PRO requires one to disable touch with a physical switch on the side that is very difficult to access during a normal workflow. Overall, the new PRO is a step backward from the old PRO, and is, as I mentioned, basically only as good as the 4 (which was very good, but this isn't better).

Hello just got the Wacom Intuos Pro Large (2017) and am having issues connecting with Bluetooth subsequent times. To pair subsequent times I have to remove device titled "BT IntuosPro L" and then reconnect to it to get the tablet for it to work wirelessly again. And this fix does not work consistently either. On my computer it says that the Bluetooth is connected to the tablet but no touch or pen movement will register on my screen. I'm using Wacom Intuous Pro M with the USB cable and it works perfectly. I tried connecting it with Bluetooth and it is lagging when connected via Bluetooth - the cursor doesn't move smoothly as opposed to when connected via cable
Hi Wacom, I've just purchased a Wacom Intuos Pro M (2017) and I'm noticing some 'lag' when I use it with Bluetooth. I have a Macbook Pro, when the Wacom is connected with USB cable it works perfect, but when I switch to Bluetooth there's a bit of difference. Could it be that the Wacom is faulty? Or is it normal? For example, if I click a lot of times very fast it has a noticeable lag and the cursor moves randomly for 1-2 seconds. Thank you so much.
Hi, we can gladly help, can you please tell us what is your tablet model number, your computer operating system version and the Wacom driver version you are running?. Also, are you currently using any other Bluetooth device in this computer?. Thank you in advance.°VR.
@@wacom Hi, thanks for answering. Model: PTH-660, serial number: 8IQ00A1025708,, macOS Mojave 10.14.3, WacomTablet 6.3.32-4 (re-installed it a few times). I don't have any other device connected or near that could cause interferences. I tried re-instaling the bluetooth settings of the mac etc and nothing.
Please try the next steps: - Disconnect the tablet from the computer. - Go to Applications and click over the Wacom Tablet app. - Click on Wacom Tablet Utility > CURRENT USER > BACK UP and save the back up file - After this please click All Users - Click the Remove button below the Preferences - Once the preferences reset is done, remove the driver using the Wacom Utility. - After removing the driver with the utility, a restart and a repair of your disk permissions (apple.co/2IaP2Hs) would be important steps before installing a driver. - Click the next link to download the driver: bit.ly/2IdhwQJ - After installation, please restart again. - Reboot. - Reset the tablet internal RAM, for this process locate the power button on the tablet, on the right side of it there is a tiny hole, please, carefully, insert a nib in this hole and hold it down for 10 - 15 seconds. - Reconnect the tablet to the computer, as always, make sure it is connected directly to your computer. Avoid using USB hubs, keyboard/monitor ports, or docking stations with the tablets, as they can cause inconsistent behavior. Test and let us know the results. °VR.
LE shows up but BT intuospro never shows up. This is a newer gaming mobo (Dark Hero) with BT 5 I believe. Any reason why BT intuospro won't show up but LE will?
Se requiere bluetooth 4.0 para que se conecte. Con las versiones anteriores pedirá un PIN pero no existe PIN alguno. En Bluetooth 4.0 no pide PIN, se conecta directo.
Sincerely, it was better with the previous intuous pro with the external bluetooth adapter. No disconnectivity With this version the lag is sometimes annoying that i just let it connected via usb all the time. The previous intuos pro was more fluid and responsive, even when the tablet woke up from sleep mode it was quick and smooth

Dear Wacom, I am experiencing some very frustrating pen sensitivity issues. Mostly occurs on Bluetooth.. it take 2-3 strokes to have a psd brush function as per settings with the wacom pen just exhibiting thick inconsistent lines. Then I will get the desired sensitivity only to loose it once I lift the pen off the tablet. If I keep it connected via USB, does this drain my tablet battery! please help!
Hi. I assume you have this issue in Photoshop. This could be due to a Photoshop version which Adobe does not support any longer. You should try and disable Windows Ink and make sure that the pressure and opacity in Photoshop are selected. Otherwise you have to contact Adobe. Cheers ^BV
I had a problem with the pairing, the cause was the Bluetooth adapter need to be visible so the tablet can connect, do not put the dongle at the back of the computer, put it in the front on a desk close to the tablet, just make sure its visible, i had this problem for months if not years i just kept using the usb cable until I decided to dive fully into it. now it works just like the usb cable connected to it no lag no jitters.
@@_liloco unfortunately not :/ but this model has a wireless usb too!! It's hidden on the bottom of the tablet in compartment under the power button! If you flip the tablet over and slide it the cover you should see it
Question. Can the Bluetooth also connect to IPhone, because I ordered one and I don’t know if it’ll work with the phone I have now. If it does that’ll be great. But if it doesn’t I can simply return it.
Thanks! It was telling me that I had no battery, until I followed the instructions and waited for the BT option to appear. Now I have 56% battery, suggesting that I could really, really use a replacement. Are they user replaceable? Are they at least replaceable for more IT-savvy users?

Wacom never mind. It wasnt really clear in the instructions that i had to download the driver for the tablet and not just the inkspace app. Thank you for answering though. I'm very pleased with the wacom intuos pro paper so far
I wonder if this works on the previous version of the Pro line? If not, then here's an idea: release a bluetooth module for the older intuous pro, since the wireless module is removable. And also, please please please stop shipping your tablets with two meter long usb cables, that can't be replaced with generic usb cables, due to the weird (deep) connection. Nobody will ever use this two meters away from their screen. Plus they are wireless ready! use 30 cm cables, and provide those for sale in your online store as well.

Literally got two days left of uni and only just realised my tablet can be used wirelessly
Please try the next steps:
- Disconnect the tablet from the computer.
- Go to Applications and click over the Wacom Tablet app.
- Click on Wacom Tablet Utility > CURRENT USER > BACK UP and save the back up file
- After this please click All Users
- Click the Remove button below the Preferences
- Once the preferences reset is done, remove the driver using the Wacom Utility.
- After removing the driver with the utility, a restart and a repair of your disk permissions (apple.co/2IaP2Hs) would be important steps before installing a driver.
- Click the next link to download the driver:
bit.ly/2IdhwQJ
- After installation, please restart again.
°VR.
I did everything you said, I connect the grafic table to my pc, but I couldn't write. Why?
LE shows up but BT intuospro never shows up. This is a newer gaming mobo (Dark Hero) with BT 5 I believe. Any reason why BT intuospro won't show up but LE will?
Thank you.. I thought I wasted 220 euros on nothing, I was going to take it back to the store
Is the Bluetooth connection very consistent and doesn't have input lag or disconnections?
The video omits an important step - disconnect the USB cable first; otherwise the Bluetooth connection cannot be established.
Hi Jil. Very good point. Thanks for pointing this out. Cheers ^BV

Thank you, this really helps!
I have a Wacom Intuos Pro, but the older model. This sadly did not work for me, any suggestions?
Sincerely, it was better with the previous intuous pro with the external bluetooth adapter. No disconnectivity
With this version the lag is sometimes annoying that i just let it connected via usb all the time.
The previous intuos pro was more fluid and responsive, even when the tablet woke up from sleep mode it was quick and smooth
Thanks for the comment, I'm sorry to hear that you are having Bluetooth problems with your tablet, could you tell me what is the model number of your tablet, the version of your operating system and what driver version did you install? - AC

How to turn the tablet off after disconnect? I just press side button but battery still being depleted
I managed to pair it as BT, but it simply will not work as an input device
Cheers ^BV
I had a problem with the pairing, the cause was the Bluetooth adapter need to be visible so the tablet can connect, do not put the dongle at the back of the computer, put it in the front on a desk close to the tablet, just make sure its visible, i had this problem for months if not years i just kept using the usb cable until I decided to dive fully into it. now it works just like the usb cable connected to it no lag no jitters.
does this work for the Intuos Pro M (PTH-651)?
omg do you know now?🥺🥺
my usb port for the wire doesn’t work anymore so my last resort is the bluetooth ://
I connected the Wacom correctly but it still won’t let me draw
Thanks! It was telling me that I had no battery, until I followed the instructions and waited for the BT option to appear. Now I have 56% battery, suggesting that I could really, really use a replacement. Are they user replaceable? Are they at least replaceable for more IT-savvy users?
I think most PCs don't have bluetooth build in.
modern mainboards have bluetooth implemented, but i am not sure if that is enabeld by default bios settings
I ordered my Intuos Pro two days ago, using it by cable now.
I tried connecting it by bluetooth but my PC can't find it, in case I solved this problem, will I be able to use my tablet wirelessly?
thanks!

After trying so many things. I moved the usb receiver by mistake "a little bit out from the port" and it instantly worked. I think the problem is in the size of the usb receiver. It's not connecting to the port correctly.

hey I paired my intous pro bur its too laggy ? I can't work or draw anything with bluetooth connected do you know why ?
Does it work for the latest intuos pro models?
I just got a New Intuos Pro M, it works well with the cable, but once I try to connect via Bluetooth it does not respond. The connection is made, but the tablet does not work. And then, if I try to connect it with the cable again, it does not work either, the Wacom Desktop Center stops working also and the system preferences too.I have to restart my macbook pro so the wacom can work again connected, what can I do? I already did the thing of pressing the resent button on the tablet for 10-15 seconds and still does not work. Where should I look for a solution? In the website there is nothing helpful
Thank you for reaching us! We are sorry to know that you are having issues with the tablet's Bluetooth connection. Please send us a DM with the model number of your device, the Mac OS X version and Wacom driver version used.

Does this work on phones?
I paired my new Intuos Pro with my Windows PC via Bluetooth as you show in the video and show's my device as paired but it's not working unless I plug the cable in. I tried it on my MacBook Pro as well and there it works wirelessly after pairing. I need it to work on my Windows PC because that's what I use for work. Do you know why might not work as it should?
Hi. If it works fine on a Mac then it is definitely not a hardware issue. Bluetooth 4.2 is required for Mac and PC so this could be the issue. Please contact us through our contact form by clicking on the following link:

Hello i have the same problem
God bless you mate
NOT SEEING A BLUE LED? If you have a texture applied the Intuos PRO, it will cover the blue LED. So you will not see the LED when trying to pair the device 🙃
It works but lag and lag and lag... Back to usb cable.
Why is this rocket science? Jesus. For a $400 device, this shouldn't require to differentiate between LE and BT.
holding the power button does not work for me. Light remains red. Pressing the circle indicates a blue light but no device can find my newly bought intuos.

If you don’t see your your Wacom tablet on the blue tooth thing. Go to Add Bluetooth or other device. It should be on the top. Then click the on with the bt. And then all set! ☺️
Hope this was helpful
Why tho
Windows want Intos Pro PIN for the Bletooth connection!
Small version doesn't apply
my bluetooth connection is very bad and laggy
omg too many videos at once....
ikr
it wont show up in bluetooth ughh
I would have one more issue.. I am trying to register my product but the wacom.com website I think works a bit weird. I could barely log in into my account (clicking on login had no response for several minutes) and now at the next step I can't continue because of an error, but don't know why's that error there since I have a software selected...See screenshot: www.screencast.com/t/XyxC6Sq9p
I just noticed that if I select mac, some software appear, but still no Creative Cloud...Do I need to wait for it to appear or how this should happen in order to redeem my 3 months of Creative Cloud?

thx for your help!
doesnt work (as usual)
Still no joy on this. Now, BT never even shows up. LE just comes and goes, never BT.
WoW, it's just.. Wait for the "BT" show up, huh? Why there isn't any manual or something to tell me this? Really. Why? Even the homepage didn't said that. Why do I have to look up for youtube to get this essential info? Jeeeez
thanks

Jesus. Too many videos. Try doing 5 at a time or something next time. People will get overwhelmed. Bad communication with people who are subscribed.
Hi Ahmad. Thanks for your suggestions. I will certainly forward this to the developer team. The more requests we get the higher the chance of change. Cheers ^BV

when I am connecting via bluetooth then it tells me my battery is 0 persent even if tablet is connected all the time to laptp or charger. amazing product indeed, the worst is when it's connected by cable it stucks all time and cursor doesnt move. wacom is the worst item I ever bought in my entire life, all the times problems and custumer service didnt help, now ofc warranty is finished.
