This was reccomended to me by a Pinterest follower, and i love it. I have never really used cleansing music before, but i thought id give it a try and its amazing. It felt to me like it carried calming energies, so i placed all my crystals that relate to that on my laptop (amethyst, rose quartz, lepidolite etc) and it was incredible. They felt so light and full of loving energy afterwards, will definitely be using it again.

This is definitely great for crystal cleansing! Only minutes when listening to this they felt so much more lighter. I are ready knew that they were charged and fully cleansed. i set my intentions and cleansed my crystals to this and it really helped me create a calm safe place for me. i feel very in tune with myself and feel relieved of the physical and mental stress i was carrying.
@Nya Purnell hi! so for me personally, i like to use sage (incense can also work) and hold my crystals above it. i like to say my intentions for the crystal and what i would like it to be used for as well as to cleanse the crystal of any unwanted energy as well as unwanted intentions! i usually then sage my altar after for safe measure. also, it really helps to be either in a quiet environment or listening to soothing music (:

Absolutely incredible. Within minutes of playing this, I began to feel lightness in my head.. then full body chills, and tears began welling up in my eyes... I couldn’t understand what was happening until I looked down and realized I had on my double pointed clear quartz pendant... this literally activated the crystal on my body. I feel SO might lighter already... amazing

Hi! basically you play this sound while holding each crystal in your hand and set your intentions. ( ex: you will lead me to the right path. This stone that I am holding will help me through….., and so on) if you want to, you can buy some incense and hold the crystal right above the smoke so that it basically catches it.
Tried healing and crystal meditation with the music , it help me calm my thoughts and sort through my deepest concerns , worries and what I hope to achieve. Crystals felt really warm after the meditation and felt a slight weight off my chest and shoulder. Will be using this music more often from now on 💕

i think you may have inhaled too much incense if your head feels heavy bc my first time cleansing my first crystals I was going all out with cleansing everything that was going to touch my crystals and the crystals itself and I was letting it burn and my head was feeling heavy but I felt peaceful and inhaling too much incense is harmful to your body so it might have made your head lightheaded in a sense bc thats what happened to me I really thought the feeling I my head was the ENERGY WORKING ITS WAY TO MY HEAD 😭 but this is just my idea what mightve happened to you idk tho 🤔

You can research online on how to cleanse and charge crystals, but the most common ways are to soak in salt water (be careful some crystals can't be soaked in water, like Selenite), using the smoke from incense like sage or other, meditating with the crystals and sending cleansing thoughts. Remember, the most important step is to put an intention to your cleansing, either repeating a mantra or your intention. I personally use: "I dedicate this crystal to the growth of all things. May it be used in light and love." You can then add a personalisation such as for what you will be using the crystal for. For example, I use many crystals for meditation, so I would add "May this crystal accompany me through meditation helping me acheive higher states of consciousness." Other crystals I use as a necklace and I would add "May this crystal bring self-love and compassion to my life" Etc. Hope this helps.

I placed my phone in front of my crystals en 10 min later I was holding my raw rose quarts and I felt it vibrating/tingling my hand. This is magical
