But C220d is a gem. C220d gives soft suspension & light steering feedback, good for long journey moreover great fuel efficiency. C300’s low profile bigger wheel tyre give you little tighter steering feedback & C300’s suspension is also stiff. C200d & C200 is good choice & better for Indian roads.
Your videos look more of ad shoot than a review. This one as a short film for mercedes, we came here for a review but settled for an ad shoot/short video for mercedes.
Finally make enough to consider a c class Mercedes: oh no you don't, c class costs as much as an e class now.. And just forget about the e class I know I know... Sour grapes.. Inflation.. And hi there elevate!!
I was thinking the exact same thing 😂. This makes me feel that my decision of getting a 13 year old s class and spending almost the car cost in repairs has been a financially better decision 😂
Hence, it is proven that sedans can also be driven on bad roads, it just depends on the driving ability.. That's how we are using our Honda City since 6 years.. Always keep in mind that sedans are also not meant for some hardcore off roading.
As a Mumbaikar, at heart I am sad to say that potholes are relatively small terms used for crators, these aren't holes they are crators like those on moon.
While it is a beautiful car, my C300 touches at every slope at apartment entrances that are designed without any sense of architecture even after barely inching on. Also with 4 people in the car, the under belly might touch even after diagonally crossing a decently sized speed bump.
I have a C300d for a year and a half now, initially I use to scrap on most of the bumps, uneven roads and potholes since i was new to handling a low-slung car but now I am able to navigate it better. @powerdrift thank you for the confidence again but still I am hesitant on trying new roads and those low profile tyres are still risky for a sudden pothole on our beautiful roads. Also how is the new c300 when compared to c300d in terms of driving?
No way current gen merc sedans are gonna be sorted for Indian roads (last gen c and e class were best so far). May be they sorted the height and suspension but never to the level of our normal streets. Drive this same vehicle in horrible Banglore roads without scraping once and I'll agree with you. Driving here in a road with noob potholes and bumps for sake of this promotional video would be still considered as fake as the red shirt guy's acting 🤣🤣🤣😅
I do not agreee... I bought the new c class 2 years back... Gurgaon roads suck. There are not even roads available. So, No it cannot handle the potholes, bumpers of Gurgaon
The C-Class has a ground clearance of 164mm. ummm .... sorted for indian roads? i dont think so ... this video your barely driving over really bad roads ... i drive a car with 170mm of ground clearance and its still not enough ....
Come to Kerala. You will realize that it's not sorted at all. My C-Class W206 scrapes on almost all the humps here.
This model is raised and suspension changed
Specially dedicated to Thrissur roads
Skoda slavia & Volkswagen virtus - hold my beer🍺
@@AmithNarayanan what's sorted was that nice cheque they got

Why can't you guys just give us a number? what is the ground clearance in mm?
No need of humps . It scratches on roads . Its monsoon here in kanyakumari and its been a challenge to drive this daily .

Powerdrift proving that C class can be driven on rough roads
Le random speed breaker in a random city be like
Jhuk ke rehena padega mere aage 😅😂😂
In that case no car maker can make cars for Indian roads, for random humps and all shapes and sizes

Just brought 300 petrol.. RD clearance improved a lot
@@Job24s bro, can you give ground clearance in mm?

Also notice the rattling plastic and squeak that no body talks about. My Honda City does better than my GLE as far as rattling is concerned
Supercool Edits!
Glad you liked it! 😉🫶

Bhai they are actually driving on the best raod...
Come and drive on our roads
just drove the Virtus GT to sella pass over borken roads and farm trails....loved it after cancelling my scorpio n booking
Can you please tell us location as well
Come to Chennai....metro rail works going-on on all major roads...massive pot holes and big raised inclination...😅
Is that the same for new C220d as well ?
What location was that?
Is there a 2nd part ?
Despite the bad roads, I still want the sedan culture to thrive back in India. Where is all our road taxes going 💰💵💵🥲🥲🥲
I wonder how many people are gonna drive their 80L luxury sedan like this 😅
Even on american roads the dashboard rattles as hell after 6 months. Cheap crappy shiny interior

🥇🙌
Horrible front grill
If Mercedes has balls drive it on Ghodbunder road Maharashtra 😀😀😀😀 if u enter a pot hole there …. U will need 4 people to take it out 😀😀😀
Nice ad. But a bit over the top. Also acting lessons desperately needed
We apologies that you didnt like the video, but we will bring you some fun stuff soon!
Is this more genuine American bullshit
I bought a kodiaq because of these two!! I guess PD makes cars more appealing than the manufacturers! 🫶
Hahah! Huge compliment, thank you.
This is a great content man. These sedans deserve better. Kudos powerdrift for this content🫶
