My friend was at that concert, front row, she said that he didn't look to good and he looked a little pale then he had a problem breathing and was literally stumbling as he walked off as you may have seen in the video.

First of all he was not smoking when he was back stage he bumped his head really hard and he said he was feeling kinda dizzy be he went on any way.
