Editing to these are top notch. What happened to the Repulse seems to happen to excelsiors when they get separated. There was a reason I replaced it with a galaxy as soon as possible. Torps in the meantime are a good idea.
Not exactly what I wanted to have happen - although I am surprised that this was the first ship we lost.
Glad you are enjoying the edits. We’re working on filming the next set of episodes, so looking forward to bringing the first part of Alliance to its conclusion.
These are fantastic, initially I missed the traditional dice rolling and gameplay discussion but I have grown to love this format! Cannot wait for the rest of the campaign! Looks like great fun! 😃
Glad you are enjoying these, Adam. Removing the dice rolls was a stylistic choice to keep these episodes moving at a faster pace, as was the "Ken Burns" documentary style mashed with a Star Trek episode.
For the next 3 episodes we've had to assemble and paint up some new objects to keep with our 3D scheme. Filming has begun, so we're hoping to see more of these released Soon (tm).

Great episode, and a well fought battle! I did want to make a small correction, however. Evasive pattern delta is actually a discard, meaning it can only be used once per game.

how does the quality of the models compare to x-wing?
I think the FFG minis are more detailed, and the paint jobs on them are better. Build wise, about the same.
These are just my observations and opinions though.
