These houses turned out beautifully, Marta! I would think they look festive together with warm white mini lights strung along the bottom edges on a shelf, table or mantle!!

Time to watch this again as I finally make my tiny houses for an art journaling page. I will use some of my doors' and windows' rice paper in addition to my small, created houses. My houses are not going to be as 3D as yours, of course. I am so glad I ordered the door and window rice paper a while back. I do not believe how versatile they are. Can't wait for yours though. It is such an amazing idea to have created doors that exist in Cork. How cool. Your imagination runs wild like mine does. Unfortunately, I buy things for projects I may never get to. Then again, winter is on the way soon! Always a nice time for many creations. Enough rambling. I always write too much. I worry about that. I am glad I do not have to resort to buying window and door dies. It is just not the same now, is it? I have never considered getting chipboard doors and windows. I have so much chipboard already that I have sworn off ordering any more of it. LOL I am saving up for orders with you instead. Now I remember that buying your brick wall stencil was something I wanted to do too. I think all my orders from you will take 3 or 4 months now that I think about it more. I do not have enough money saved yet. I hope your new collection stays available for quite a while. I guess that is rather selfish of me though since you need to sell your products. Love to you, my girl! The more I think about it I will make 3D doors and windows on a piece of mixed media paper... 140 pound weight. I just love making things 3D!
Decisions, decisions.... Making them is half the fun, along with going through all my fussy cuttings and ephemera. I have way too much of that too. How many old greeting cards does a person really need? Hundreds sounds good! LOL I have my sister saving all her greeting cards from others now. Perhaps I need to ask a couple gals here at the apartment complex to do the same. Hmm. Maybe they would think I am being too forward though. More love to you now!! LOL

Marta, I just love, love, LOVE these houses! I will definitely be doing something like this so I’ll be keeping an eye on your shop waiting for the window chipboards to be restocked and hoping the chipboard doors don’t sell out in the meantime. The popsicle-icicles are genius! I love the three houses as a set but my absolute favourite part of the video was when Hannah was adding waddy splashes - just like her mama! I laughed and my heart melted at the same moment. So precious! Thank you for sharing these special moments with us!

I have an entire little village of cardboard that I purchased somewhere in Europe when I was there. It has been sitting around for a couple of years because I have a porcelain village and the cardboard one is lost. I think this gives me a good idea of what to do with the house and the trees. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I absolutely LOVE this idea so much. After seeing it the 1st time, I took a 2"x4" board from my stash and traced three different sized houses on it then asked my boyfriend to cut them out for me.... HE FINALLY DID and I'm working on them now.....with you! I am actually cutting out my own brick stencil (if successful I may try stone too) but if it doesn't work with this thick plastic I have (similar to stencil thickness) I'll just use one of the many awesome gesso tool tricks you shared in another video. I hope I'm able to make a brick/stucco look with my texture paste. I also substituted chip board windows with card stock cut outs that I have from a home remodeling kit but they look incredible with the addition of white gesso added separately just like yours! I love your enthusiam and you truly inspire me to CRAFT my heart out! I will share a pic along with your "crafting with maremi" hashtag (I have to look it up again).

Your houses are creamy, dreamy and gorgeous!!! When I heard Hannah giggling in the other room, I thought - yes, I'm going to see Hannah and lo and behold she appeared on your counter. She made me laugh so much. I was just waiting for her to dip into your paint and do her own thing. I couldn't believe she was doing the same as you, when you were doing dot splashes.
