Steam isn't affected by the "hz change". All the hz change did was remove predictions from 60hz on standalone, the game is meant to be played on 72 and 90hz, if you have to change your hz to be good, don't play.

As for why all tall players are good, it's because we're older, we understand and learn way faster than the younger players. There's many players who are under 5'8 who are insane. RoVeR is the top 1 brancher, he's 5'4. Top 1 walls is 5'7. You don't need to be tall, you just have to practice.
