About the crystal cave-- My dad was a geologist. Crystals form when you have an underground space that fills with hot water that is saturated with mineral molecules, often from a volcanic source of super-heat and minerals. As the water cools and evaporates, the molecules line up in geometric shapes, determined by the minerals molecular properties, and form crystals. The shape of the crystals are always the same for a particular mineral (in this case, gypsum). The speed of the cooling process and other variables determine the size of the crystals. The cave is so hot because there is still a pool of hot magma underneath.
People still die in Death Valley every year. It's rediculously easy to get lost if you hike off the paths, and then it is likely you'll die of exposure in winter or summer.

I agree about the Bermuda triangle being a myth. There is a Sierra Nevada triangle that claims lots of small aircraft not far from where I live in the state of NV but its wind sheers, mountains and remote high desert landscape that claims lives and very well documented. Might be worth checking out.

The moving stones in Death Valley are a result of frost formation and wind. Lake Natron doesn't actually turn things to stone just because they go in it. It's actually a regular breeding ground for flamingos, and a number of other animals live in and around it. IF an animal dies in the lake, their body can be preserved by the sodium carbonate present in the water. Going to be honest, I stopped paying attention around the part where they were talking about Eritrea because the supernatural nonsense was annoying and it's clear the writer was going for sensationalism over accuracy.
Bikini Atoll is also part of the fan theory of Spongebob Squarepants, claiming that Bikini Bottom are actually "mutated" sea life the result of nuclear testing.
I am quite surprised the video didn't choose the former Soviet bioweapons research site Aralsk-7 as part of the list. Bioweapons designed to increase infectivity as well as lethality, with the Soviet Union's collapse, AND poor geographic decisions made by said collapsed government makes the area pretty dangerous even with supposed help of cleanup from the U.S. Heck even Lake Karachay, Semipalatinsk, or the famous Chernobyl nuclear power plant could have made this list and that is from 1 former nation. There are many more places I could name that are dangerous from across the world but the point I want to make is that I don't think the video that Lucas here is reacting to isn't as good I think it should have been.

Its important to get the information out that sharks aren't the monsters or scarry things we make them out to be. We are the monsters. We have almost wiped out most shark populations based on baseless fear.

There are quite a few videos about the lake overturn phenomenon.. Usually caused by landslides. Some creeks that go into these lakes are so carbonated that they are "fizzy" like soda. The carbon dioxide then settles into the mud at the bottom of the lake, and waits to be set free. Like shaking a lake sized soda bottle a landslide, or small earthquake basically makes the lake explode. The odorless, invisible gas is dense, and stays low to the ground, it creeps across the landscape asphyxiating anything it comes across. Like an invisible wave of death. People, or animals asleep would never know they died. Those awake would just pass out doing their normal activities. Eating breakfast, cooking, gardening, driving, doing homework, etc.. Pretty frightening to think about, but an interesting phenomenon. "Fizzy" creeks. Think about that next time you pop open a soda or carbonated drink. Anyway, sorry for the ramblings. I've been there myself and the most dangerous thing I encountered was the pressure change in my ears from the elevation change. The death rate is roughly the same there as it is at any other national park. Also, it used the word "supernatural" a few times and followed up with natural means to explain the phenomena. Clearly padded with crap but maybe not a terrible video overall, hard to trust anything it says though.

I , who's been on Mt. Washington cause I live like 60 miles from it, can confirm there is an overwhelming abundance of high velocity atmosphere.
