Great video, got me through the task successfully. If you ever decide to redo the video, there were parts where your hand was covering a critical step. I'd suggest showing what's going to happen at that point before your hand covers the mower part.
Two of the screws on the bolts locked up. I wish I saw this video before I tried grinding a notch in the center. It didn't work. Now I know what's under the cover so I can pry it off without causing more work. Thanks.
It sounds like *1. You might have to much cord wrapped into the spool. OR *2. The cord has come out from the spool and it's caught between the spool and the spool housing. There's not much else it can be...

HI, I never actually measured it. I think the spring rotated 5 turns. The way I do it in the video you don't have to have an actual measurement...
