    Let me explain some points,
    1. US and India both are democratic country and got their independence from British.
    2. As India faced feudalism, US faced slavery for being born as Afro Americans.
    3. Remember, Slavery is more cruel than feudalistic society.
    4. When US congress(Parliament) passed a law (Affirmation Action) for upbringing the society of Afro Americans similar to that of reservation in India.
    5. Due to this reservation in US, an eligible candidate was forbidden to acquire a deserving place because of Affirmation Action.
    6. Then, this law was challenged in US supreme court with panel of sitting judges.
    7. US apex court ruled clearly that any democratic country is said to be declared has no right to forbid anyone's right irrespective of race. If afro American's are deprived from certain rights in past history, then US govt can give importance to them and ensure they can enjoy basic right as like as others.
    8. Also noted, Giving preference in availing opportunities for certain races is purely against fundamental rights of US constitution. Henceforth, Affirmation Action(Reservation) must be struck out from US Constitution.
    9. Indian Constitution was written by Dr.Ambedkar. He referred all others country Constitution as a reference to draft a Constitution for India.
10.On top of it, he wrote Reservation for up bringing certain under privileged society for only certain years.
    11. Here the problem comes, India got Independence for almost 75 years ago. Meaning, 3 generation would have enjoyed this privileged right of opportunities.
    My question is simple,
Those who have used this reservation and became financially good enough in the society, Will they accept to come under General category?
Remember, A Poor is not always poor and similarly Rich is not always rich.

@Abishek Rauthar Affirmation is based on race while India's quota reservation is based on caste. Nothing makes a big difference btw in it. Problem is not in assessment. It's in priotizing based on caste irrespectice of assessment.
