Shroud was like the One Punch Man of csgo. He just kept getting better. He got so good, in fact, that his reactions to high stress situations eventually became nothing. He got so good that doing cool shit was easy for him so there was no need to react. Amazing guy but could you imagine having essentially perfect aim for every game that comes out. Id get bored too. Hope he really enjoys what he does, dude deserves all of it.
There is simply no way he has the DPI reported on csgo pro sites. It's impossible to do those flick shots unless your physical hand moves omnidirectionally in a 50 cm radius around your desk. The eDPI is physically too low to be able to do those movements accurately and lightning fast. It requires five times the work and focus compared to higher DPI which makes flicking more precise as well as easier.
Actually it's quite easy if you have thousands of hours of practice doing it, m0nesy is faster and has a lower sensitivity - you can also check out clips by Zekee who uses the same sens as m0nesy and does some insane stuff
