I love this baritone, but I think E B did much involved singing in this, especially toward the end of aria. I still consider that as my best.

Canto perfettamente legato. Nessuna ostentazione, caratteristica che mette in risalto la sobrietà che si accosta perfettamente a Verdi (in funzione del personaggio). Dosaggio magistrale dei chiaroscuri, con perfette mezze voci, richieste e che donano varietà espressiva che si conchiude in una dizione chiara e attinente.....un maestro, un grande artista.
