Letting go of fear, overthinking, and worries can be a challenging process, but it can be done with the right mindset and tools. Here are some steps you can take to help you release these negative emotions: - Identify the root cause: Try to understand what is causing your fears and worries that lead to overthinking. It helps to write down your thoughts and identify behavioral and thought patterns. - Challenge negative thoughts: When you find yourself overthinking or excessively worrying about something, try to challenge those thoughts by questioning their validity and taking a step back to consider alternative perspectives. - Let go of control: Sometimes, the fear of the unknown or the need to control everything can contribute to overthinking and worrying. First, understand your limits, then try to let go of things beyond your control, at least for now. - Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness involves being fully present in the moment and observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This can help you break free from negative thought patterns and reduce stress and anxiety. - Take care of yourself: Make time for activities that bring you joy. It helps to relax, meditate, exercise, or spend time with loved ones. - Develop a realistic, positive mindset: Be grateful for the positive aspects of your life and think about the steps you can take to move towards your goals. Anxiety evolved as a survival mechanism that helped early humans respond to dangerous or threatening situations. Anxiety triggers the "fight or flight" response, which prepares the body to either confront or escape from a perceived threat. This response increases heart rate, blood pressure, and other physical changes that help individuals respond quickly to danger. In other words, anxiety can be seen as an adaptive response to potential danger that helped our ancestors survive and pass on their genes to future generations. However, while anxiety can be beneficial in some situations, it can also become problematic when it is excessive or inappropriately activated in response to non-threatening situations. In these cases, anxiety can interfere with daily activities and quality of life. Today, we understand that anxiety is a complex phenomenon that is influenced by a combination of genetic, environmental, and psychological factors. "Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers" is a great book by Robert Sapolsky. It explains stress in a detailed, and easily digestible way. I definitely recommend it if you're interested in learning more about stress, and how to manage it.
While listening to this my heart felt calm. Physically. No arrhythmia no skipped beats no shortness of breath. Just calm peaceful. Thank you. Well done sir! Thank you 💖
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 6-7, NKJV).
Thank you for this wonderful divine inspiring healing work and your words of loving guidance, continue to let your light shine ✨️ blessings of transformation to all
Thanks Travis! I was listening back to some of my older videos, and I recognized some things that could be improved. I spent a few hours remastering it, and I definitely think this version is much better to listen to. I appreciate your support, as always! 🙏
I appreciate your content a lot. This year has been a great struggle because I'm really attempting to address my wounds and attitude and change in a holistic way and it reminds me of this thing Alan Watts said that at that very moment you declare to the universe that you are ready and able ordeals and hurdles seem to manifest in droves castling you in as if to challenge your will power and resolve. Having your content on in a single earbud while I'm at work and out and about has been really helping me keep myself focused and grounded in my practice and the path I'm breaking in and it's really a huge boon for me. Thank you.
I really appreciate that, thank you! I'm happy to hear that it's been helping you. I'm grateful for your continued support, JS. It's great to have you here with us!
I started listening before I fell asleep and I felt a cleansing sensation in my lower chakras. I figured that's where the energy would stay. But when I woke up I felt this energy had traveled through all my chakras. I could feel the energy moving up. and I slept so peacefully without moving which is rare for me. This is powerfully good. I'm going to continue to use this at night and see what else happens.
Another beautiful track, I like the ethereal sound that you produce. It I could ask you a favour, would you be able to record at a lower volume level. I listen on bluetooth speakers each side of my bed, sometimes it's too loud and the next setting down is off. If it were at a lower volume it would be easier to adjust it. Many thanks.
Thank you! I'll see what I can do. I took your request into consideration when I created my new video. Let me know if it's still too loud. Here's a link: th-cam.com/video/R9237BICE1A/w-d-xo.html
