Ahhhh i was wanting you to make something of this nature for your new table saw. When i get mine, This will be one of the sleds i shall make for sure. Thanks for the video, Thoroughly enjoyed watching it :)
The fence needs to be square, but they don't need to be exactly 45 degrees from the blade, since you're cutting a piece on each side of the blade.. So your mitre will be square, even if the joint itself isn't exactly 45 degrees.
I really like the way you produce these clips Savvas. You are all about action speaking louder than words. Total pleasure. Keep'em coming.
man, savvas. you keep building awesome jigs, extremely resourceful and inventive. thank you!.
Great sled and I love the swan push-stick

Your sled looks SUPER!
Nice sled,enjoy all your videos
Savvas when filing metal you want to push then lift so you don't load the file. much respect
Excellent job. One question...Why did you make the block stops flip up? For longer miter pieces? I need one of these!
The duck is magnificent! VEry creative!
Very nice sled.
Nice sled! Personally I might have placed the T-rail on the backside of the fence.
This would free the fence completely with the Flip Stop up.
You're absolutely right... I only realised my mistake after I stuck the fence down and it wouldn't come off... face-palm.
Nice jig. I like your stops!
wow! Perfect jig! Tanks a lot for participate this Idea. Lourenço Brazil
Put some paste wax on the bottom to keep it sliding smoothly. 👍 Great build

Muito bom esse vídeo.
I like what you did, there. I'd consider maybe moving the slot track to face up, so that the knobs would be at the top. Maybe.
Muito bem feito o Jig (gabarito) parabéns pelo vídeo.

Wowwww!!! I love your Push Block :)
apart from checking with the little 6" square; how did you confirm that the legs are square to each and that hey are exactly 45 degree to the blade?
