Hitman 3 | Freelancer House Tour | All Rooms Unlocked

This is at Mastery level 60 with all rooms unlocked. There are a few more optional cosmetics that I don't have from levels 70 to 100 but they are all just additional options for the same rooms.
I hadn't explored much of the house prior to recording this, I was just focused on leveling up until all the rooms were available, so I went through and set everything here.
The upstairs shelves are a trophy display where the video starts, it adds more trophies based on what challenges you've completed.
Each room has items you can bring on missions, I don't know if I've found them all yet. At the dock you can catch fish, these can be turned into sedative vials in the kitchen. In the woods you can pick emetic mushrooms, these can be turned into lethal vials in the shed. The vials can then be converted to syringes in the med lab once the lab equipment is unlocked.
No commentary, it's just me exploring the house a bit. About halfway through I had to exit to the menu and re-enter due to a glitch, sometimes if the decor button overlaps an idle button the game stops responding to prompts.

behind the house, where 47 is chopping firewood, there is a ruined castle. I couldn’t get there, but if you turn on the instinct, then there will be some kind of object that you can interact with. It looks like a box or chest.

Update. You have to be level 80 or something to put a window in the shed so you can get to the chest. There’s a silver baller and a fiberwire in the chest

it's nice the different rooms have useful functionality, honestly i thought it was all cosmetic which seemed a bit pointless

Be cool if they did a home invasion level where you have you slip around and take out the intruders without alerting them or them finding out who you really are

Kinda like the church in Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, where you could use all your guns in your shed, (now a house in the woods with a hidden basement) and take out all the guards who are all on high alert.
