- A look at "The Joel Magee Disneyland Collection" at Burbank Town Center Mall. All the Disneyland park memorabilia you see in this video will all be up for auction on July 17th, 2023 Disneyland's 68th Birthday and runs until July 19th.

"Van Eaton Galleries invites you to experience "The Joel Magee Disneyland Collection," the largest privately owned collection of Disney Parks memorabilia in the world. The collection is so large, we cannot fit it into our current location! Highlights include ride vehicles, props, signage, vintage souvenirs, and the single largest collection of Disneyland Attraction Posters, including some that are the only examples known to exist. Our free exhibition begins June 28th at the Burbank Town Center Mall, and runs Wednesday through Sunday until July 16th. The auction begins on Disneyland's 68th birthday, July 17th, and runs through July 19th."

They need to make a museum instead. I wanna see these.
I believe they have one near San Francisco made by the Family also at Griffith Park they have a Disney Barn and history of his Train.
Those miniature dioramas are beyond belief so well done!
I never wished to be more in a place than this one! I would love to see all these props. It's a shame this place isn't a permanent museum.

I still have that exact stuffed Figment purchased in Magic Kingdom at Disney World 38 (gasp!) years ago. I hadn’t even been to EPCOT yet. When the sales lady explained he was the figment of my imagination it seemed like such a clever concept I had to get it.
OMG most of this items bring back so many memories , I would do anything for some of these items but I know they will go for big money that I couldn’t even imagine to spend thanks for the ride through memory lane
The Bell Hop costumes brand new cost 1500$ to make I wonder what they go for now? The wax machine toy maker is awesome too. We have one here in Las Vegas at the Pinball hall of fame, 4$ gets you a wax Pluto.

We have one of those wax toy machines at our Pinball hall of fame out here in Las Vegas. 4$ gets you a wax Pluto , The Donald Duck doesn’t work anymore.

There’s a museum in Near San Francisco and also a small Train museum at the park by the Hollywood sign called Griffith Park it’s also where Walt Thought of Disneyland at.
@@ArtBellJr I’ve been to the Disney family museum in sf! It was so small but very great, I wish it was ten times bigger and had all this in it! 😆
@@Creativekylie you’re right. They should also have a park used memorabilia museum. I’m sure the Smithsonian has a couple pieces. I would pay good money to see a memorabilia museum though.

I may be way off, but I can tell a younger person filmed this. They passed up a true vintage Disneyland poster of the Tahitian Terrace for Indiana Jones.

I would love *love* that Haunted Mansion omnimover car. And I would supe up that speedway racer to be an electric powerhouse. Maybe put a screen in front of the Peter Pan's flight pirate sail and have a short-throw projector play movies on it. But I can't believe the tiki birds are for sale especially when they're working.

I'm surprise to see cast members costumes being auction off. It sad, they should have a museum for this in each of it's park.And boy, I sure would love to have the posters.

Ugh....every time I see Pizza Planet I get disappointed. I was excited to see a Pizza Planet when walking around Disney World, I ran to it. Only to walk in and be floored by it being a bare bones restaurant and no arcade. Opportunity wasted by Disney. 😑

Please someone tell me where the little mister monkey is from in Disney history. He’s wearing a red vest and fez and bangs together drum cymbals. I bought one for $10 an fixed it. Then I just saw this video. I can’t find my info online. Just people selling them.
The van Eaton gallery website has an online catalog that lists a description to every auction item. The monkey is from Haunted Mansion Holiday, it was a prop used in the attic and had a matching cemetery marker . (Sorry if this comment is double posted, my first one didn’t show up )
Dang I wanna get somma this stuff but I know most people will put up $500 at the least for just about everything!
A few years ago, a Space Mountain car, and Dumbo ride vehicle each sold for $40,000.00.
