I purchased it in advance on the website when purchasing the tickets but to be honest, I’m sure you could pick it up at any point be it through managing your booking, check in or even at the lounge itself. Might be best to try and get it in advance in case it fills up or gets more expensive perhaps on the day…
Interesting concept business class but more on a low cost option with everything having to be paid for, can't quite get my head around that, but that aside the cabin looked very smart and the seat arrangement let you actually look out of the window without having to turn your head, lounge access for a small fee looked very comfortable.
Yeah, unique concept for sure but seemed to work and critically, all built off of a very low base cost so you didn’t really mind. Would recommend adding the express service especially for out stations as that was a pain to queue behind half the aircraft to check in on the return leg 😅
Wow! That cabin design is absolutely stunning and the seat looks perfect. They look like a very impressive airline who I would definitely like to experience. Interesting that they check in at SkyTeam branded desks and machines at Narita despite not being a SkyTeam member airline. Finally, I would never want to move from those window seats in the lounge at Narita- it's worth paying USD11 for those apron views alone! Thanks for uploading this one, really enjoyed it.

Thank you so much! Haha, let’s see. I was there for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. Best foods I tried had to be the wagyu and pork cutlet 😃
