    Man, y'all got some sweet trails out there! Loved hearing the history of the trail and the people who built them; without trail workers, we wouldn't have half the trails we enjoy!

      Yeah this is one of the sweetest for sure. Thanks for watching!

    Glad to hear Demo is finally open for the season. I was fortunate to ride it last December before all the rain closed the trails until now.

      Yeah I rode it just before new years and it felt great coming back!

    Nice video. Clear footage. Yep the hills are funner down than up. Luckily rarely gets too hot for the ups.

      For sure as it's mostly in shade.

    Great stuff! Love the voice over and explanation of the trail systems. Really adds your own personal signature on POV mountain bike videos

    Demo is a trail I hope to hit some day. I've seen a couple video of it and looks like a lot of fun.

      Brian, come when it's snowing in MN and I'll show you around. :)

      Brian, based on what you liked in St George, you would have a blast on flow.

    Demo may be the best "legal" spot in the Bay 😂😂😂

    There is clearly a lot of berms there, But how did you manage to not wash out in such dry conditions? Good job!

    • @mtbsavant5414
      @mtbsavant5414  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Definitely dry but the berms help along with a beefy DHF front tire that you can trust.

    Braille has a few sections on which you can brake all you want, but you will not stop ;)
    Anyhow, good order to do those trials, surprisingly Braille is less taxing than Flow

    • @mtbsavant5414
      @mtbsavant5414  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah the descent down flow is much longer and exhausting :)

    Nice video! I'm ready to go now! That looked awesome. How much elevation/miles did you end up riding by the end of the day? I saw your Garmin on there. Is your profile public?

    • @mtbsavant5414
      @mtbsavant5414  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      17.4 miles and 3200 ft of climbing for the classic Flow/Braille loops. Strava here - www.strava.com/athletes/9881885

    Question Mr. Savant: You recently went with the Yeti SB 4.5 if I follow you correctly. I want to upgrade and I am looking for an awesome do-it-all bike. I love flow, but I want to hit jumps for big air too. Would you recommend the Yeti SB 4.5? What about the Pivot 429 trail? These are the bikes on my short list.

    • @mtbsavant5414
      @mtbsavant5414  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm more than happy with the 4.5 as my only bike. Unless you're on the heavy side I would definitely recommend it as an all-around trail slayer. The Pivot is great as well, can't go wrong IMO.
